Amazing location, great sun lounging area and inside amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and snacks/breakfast included.

2 parking spaces, always taken. Tricky for families with small children, fine for us with older children. Parking nearby on road.

The location was perfect! Right on the lake and view of the mountains and twinkling lights at night from our bed was so romantic. So peaceful and relaxing. There were all the facilities we could want.. hot, powerful shower, comfortable large bed, balcony overlooking the lake, drinks, food and cooking facilities in the kitchen and even a paddle board for swimming straight from the jetty. The bathroom was clean and spacious and also had the hairdryer attachment for curly hair which never happens! Only a 5 minute walk from the ferry stop and restaurants made it so easy too. We had the best time and one of our favourite ever places to stay. Fantastic value for money.

Loved the lake view and the close proximity to the ferry. Having a fridge and a kitchen was also great especially with a small child.

The street is rather noisy but by the second night we were already used to the noise

Great location, right on the shore of Lake Como. Quirky building, used to be a boat repair shed.

No aircon and was so hot in the room no-one could sleep. Fans were noisy and just blew hot air around.

perfect locatie at lake Como. Beautiful views from the balcony and the sundeck is great for swimming and relaxing. Also walking distance from nice restaurants.

It was really hot so airco’s would have been nice but the vans did the job and the early morning swim made our stay.

stumbled upon this absolute gem in a booking.com wormhole and so glad I did . we will absolutely be visiting again. Sabrina is a gracious , helpful host and the property is an idyllic quiet slice of heaven right on the lake front. we particularly liked having a private access to the water as well as a lovely balcony to enjoy meals and drinks on.

The location, the direct access to the lake, the cleanliness and the personal care by Sabrina were really great. The building was formerly a shipyard and has been stylishly and very well converted giving it a special charm. Thehotel offers direct access to the water, which is special.

Our room was directly next to the street and it was sometimes very loud and we had to use earplugs. Rooms with a view of the lake will probably not have this problem, but unfortunately they were already occupied.

The lakeside view was beautiful. If you had any questions they were answered straight away.

Wonderful location with direct access to the lake. Room was very nice and hosts very friendly. We did not use it but the was a kitchen for common use which was very well equipped, and we were able to put some drinks into the fridge. Everything was there for a little breakfast and also for coffee and tea all day long. And we got a cake as a present, so nice!!!!

Sabrina was super super kind & helpful. it’s such a major value when traveling. the room is nice and big.

The views were incredible and it was wonderful to swim from the dock area. The host was very accommodating with great communication. It was useful to have a well equipped kitchen area to prepare our own food.

No air conditioning in the bedroom but this was our own fault for not checking the advertisement correctly.

Location was amazing, facilities were very good and the kitchen was very well stocked with the basics in case we wished to cook. in addition, the host was incredibly friendly!

only thing was that when one of the guests would forget their keys they would ring on the bell and one of the other guests would have to open the door up for them (as the host does not reside in the residence)

they have parking but only a few spaces so if you don’t get one, you have to try to find space in the village

Great stay for a romantic weekend.

The apartment was very spacious, much more than it looks on the pictures (60 sq m). Well equiped kitchen, bathroom with window - very nice :) Huge terrace with spectacular view on Como Lake. Parking spot was available everyday. The owner - very nice and helpful. She privided us a lot of sweets, water and even bottle of Prosecco.

Although it was 5 degree outside I wish it could have been a bit warmer in the apartment. TV sets - could have been modern (with WIFI or at least HDMI connection)

one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. waking up with a view of the lake was incredible. The host is fantastic and has lots of essentials ready on arrival.

A beautifully located house. Will definitely return. Due to corona they had to find a solution how guests can use kitchen facilities. It wasn't the most pleasant solution for me, but it worked and is fully to understand. One has to find smart solutions these days, they did it. I absolutely loved the view from my room and my terrace.

We stayed in one of the Volaire room that accommodates 3 beds, and we loved the view and being able to use the big kitchen. The bed was comfortable and it was so luxurious to wake up looking across the lake. You can also swim directly in front of the house. Sabrina was very helpful in getting us parking directly next to the house. This place is a really special find. I’m so glad we had some sunny days there to enjoy it!

Great locaction. Directly at the lake with possibility to swim and sunbath on a deck. Very helpful and nice owner. Room was great with a nice balcony.

I did not care for the breakfast which was mostly artificial sweet cakes.

Beautiful location at lake where you can lay in the sun and jump im the lake. You can use the subboards. The view of the green mountains are wonderful. Everything in the appartement was very clean. Sabrina the owner is very lovely and helps with any questions. Really recommend this place.
