Great location close to Coles Bay shops/cafes and only a short drive into the national park. Great size house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main bathroom very spacious, ensuite had large spa bath. Good size deck with views of the Hazards, good size living space, bed very comfy.

Very spacious, albeit only two of us. Room for up to 5 people. Good central split system.

Ill fitting blinds especially bedrooms and bathrooms. Light seeps in really early in the morning. No place to hang coats in room, only the spare room had a hanger. Very tiny shallow hooks on doors.

Location was good.

There are quite a number of maintenance issues that need addressing. Master bedroom window doesn't open. Electric blanket doesn't work. AC remote face plate broken. No light in fridge/freezer. Rust in the dishwasher, towel rail and toilet roll holder. Safety rail definitely needed to get in/out of spa bath which houses the shower head. Dishwasher leaks. Balcony gate needs a new latch...strong winds had it banging consistently. No free to air tv channels available. There is a tv tower directly opposite the property, so I assume the tv aerial at the property needs maintenance.

TV doesn't always work

Perfect size for myself and my partner, a nice homey feel and cosy. I visit Coles Bay at least once a year, and it was my partners first time visiting, so thank you for the lovely accomodation.

We would suggest a TV in the bedroom like the lounge room, we were unable to get anything at all.

Really great spot near the national park. Spacious, enjoyed having access to Netflix etc (although bit hard to find out how to access this). Great having the washing machine and very clean.

Very cold in Tassie and no extra blankets/instructions how to use the heater, eventually figured it out. TV in bedroom didn’t work and personally found bed uncomfortable (although partner thought it was fine). Slipped in shower in en-suite. Bins overloaded when we got there, informed the host but nothing done so wildlife got into it.

Well furnished, cute property

TV didn’t work at any time. The reason was blamed on the weather but this doesn’t fly when one of the days was sunny. Not a critical thing, but expect these things to work or at least some effort put in to have them resolved.

Location gave easy access to Freycinet National Park. Washing machine with laundry detergent and 2 airers so we could wash & dry our clothes inside in front of the windows when it was rainy & cold outside. Beds comfortable.

The master bedroom was small. Squashy to fit cases on floor. Master Bathroom had no mirror over the basin . Hard for hubby shaving. Also to have a shower in there you had to climb into the spa . Kitchen could’ve done with more condiments compared to other cottages we’ve stayed at for price eg spray oil. The bedroom blinds were cheap venetians that were a bit damaged and barely kept the light out. Overall the cottage had no charm or cohesive decoration . For example a ‘British Ferns’ wall hanging in the bathroom? What about some decorative touches to reinforce we’re in Freycinet NP and the cottage is called Kunzea- a native wildflower. There was a guitar in the lounge room?
