I didn't like anything about the apartment.

I don't like anything about the apartment. We had a stay of 4 days and no single day did not someone come to clean our apartment.

The Apartment was clean when we arrived.

We were quite looking forward to our stay at this property, but were quite disappointed as soon as we entered the Property: 1. Old building, not maintained properly 2. Walkway outside the Apartment was quite dirty. Some Mattress and old Furniture dumped at the entrance didn't give a good impression about the Property 3. Bathroom was smelly all the time. I guess the exhaust system is too tiny or some issue in the Sewage system 4. No Curtains in the entire Apartment 5. The Microwave did function, but the mesh inside it was rusty. So, when we try to warm a glass of Milk, the rust fell into it. 6. The Kitchen did have basic Utensils, but I wish they had kept some more. Overall, quite disappointed with the Property. I would say, it didn't meet our expectations

The only good thing about the place was location and nothing else.

Lot of things weren’t upto the standard and it’s a shame to mention the apartment name as Ferrari. It was nothing like Ferrari. Bathroom was not clean, no toiliteries given. We had to buy ourselves. The bathroom lights are pathetic, they switch off every 5-10 sec. So stupidity to put motion sensor lights in bathroom. You feel irritated. You won’t feel good about apartment when you step in.

Worst hotel during my stay in switzerland. Mold and stench everywhere. The photos do not show the hotel at all. Check google reviews before coming.

Location , near to Interlaken west stn.

Basic Facilities missing inside apartments like,.no.mirror , no bath gel or hand soap, Electric induction to be repaired or improved.., you will get upon request..rest all ok.

host totally unresppinsive, when I complained about garbage and stench at the door he said what you pay for you will get, the garbage was removed after 4 days. check in time is 4 pm and check out 10 am sharp which is too much, owner will let you in only at 4 pm, owner does not pay heed to complaints, totally unfriendly, honestly dont do business if you are not customer friendly, 3 bhk apartment but only 1 washroom inside the apartment, the other toilet is outside the apartment, better to stay in a hotel

Hair dryer should be there. Shower pipe is disengaged multiple times. Kichen utensils should be more.

our master bedroom heater was not function. we already told the owner. but did not do anything. we stay there for 6 nights

Good location. Near train and bus station (Interlaken West).

it was close to the train station and Migros and Coop markets.

mold everywhere in the bathroom, the shower head was spewing water onto the floor, floor was chalky dirty, the kitchenette was old, the oven didn’t work well, the kitchen counter was settling behind the sink so there was a gap, difficult to reach management, the bed is old, the towels were old and not matching, no soap in the soap dispenser. This is certainly not a place Booking should be advertising, at least not until upgrades are made.

Very Close to the Interlaken West Train station

They got mixed up with the room. We checked in, showered and was having dinner when another group came claiming that they booked the apartment. Apparently we were given the wrong apartment and had to repack our luggage and moved to the correct apartment. Was a hassle
