The place is really charming and all the spaces well kept. Each room had an special character. Breakfast is really worth it, genuine, fresh ingredients. Definitely would come back. Staff was also very friendly with kids.

As soon as we arrived the staff were very attentive, friendly and couldn't do more for you if they tried. We were shown to our room immediately which was nice as was our daughters room. Bar staff were great. Again can't fault any of the staff they are a credit to the hotel. We were staying for a family event and had a private room for our meal. The food was amazing. Cooked breakfast the following morning was also really good, the black pudding especially 😋 Sadly we had to leave early in the morning so didn't get to enjoy the grounds or surroundings.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable with very friendly, helpful staff, and an excellent location in a quiet, easily accessible part of Dunfermline. My heart sank when I arrived because there was a wedding in progress, but the room was the other side of the hotel and I didn't hear a thing. I would strongly recommend Garvock House and plan to go back with my partner who was unable to come because of sickness.

The breakfast was very good value with lots on offer and served quickly and efficiently. My only very small criticism was that the porridge was undercooked; otherwise it was an excellent breakfast.

Food was lovely, staff were brilliant, rooms were big and spotless, very quiet there was a wedding going on and you wouldnt have know it, bed and pillows were super comfy, nice touch with the sewing kit and shoe polish

if i was to pick then i would have a couple more coffees and sugars in the room - but that is picking :)

The garden environment is amazing.

At first the guests in the next door were very noisy. Luckily the staff helped me change to a quiet room and all was good! We haven’t tried the food. It seems we couldn’t have breakfast or dinner in the room. It would be better if we could, but every thing was already good.

Everything was very professional and we had an enjoyable stay. Meal in restaurant was very nice. Good quality. Breakfast was exceptional.

The only concern we would like to make is that the mattress was sagging and so we did not sleep that well . Kept rolling into the middle .

It was a little bit out of the way to access some of the main sights of Dunfermline on foot.
