It was very central for everywhere we had planned to go
No parking facilities for guests or discount parking, we travelled by car from Scotland and had to pay £90 in parking over the 3 days we had stayed.
When I asked hotel staff any recommendations for private parking we were told they didn’t know.
This would be much better if advised or maybe discounted with parking in the city

Location, price and quality all good values
A male cleaning staff member tapped quietly on the door and used a pass card to enter our room prior to checkout, violating our privacy. He did not announce himself or knock hard enough
to allow us to respond. Poor etiquette!

The Hotel was in an excellent area with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and facilities were great. The bed was the comfiest I've found in a hotel for a long time.

To be honest since we found Motel one its n0ow out go to place to stay, its perfect location for us, its comfortable, very clean, generally what you would want for a stay in Manchester

Room a little on the small side. No full English breakfast, only a continental breakfast is offered.

Comfortable bed, incredibly convenient location, helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms much smaller than anticipated. Paper cups instead of mugs in the rooms. No waste bin aside from the toilet bin.

We were allowed to check in 3 hours early and were given a free room upgrade. Very friendly staff and ideal location
Room could have been bigger. Had to squeeze around the bed etc as it was very small, especially considering it was an upgraded room

The ONLY issue was that the rainfall shower was damaged and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and we had to mop it up with towels. We felt bad as we didn't want the hotel to feel we had disrespected a lovely bathroom!

The hotel, for the price, is exceptional. It’s modern, absolutely immaculate, has everything you could need, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the location is great! The beds are also super comfy. We would 100% stay again.

Friendly check in team and was able to drop off baggage prior to check in. Clean and comfortable rooms with great blackout curtains.
Could do with a little more instruction available as to how to change the air conditioning.

Room was very comfortable but quite small. Quality of the pillows was above average.
Wish the TV had streaming services! Only entertainment available was live TV with few channels.

the property was really well decorated, the lobby was stunning and it was in a great central location. the staff were so friendly. I was really impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Room can be a bit larger. Ok for 1 person for 1 night but 2 can suffer for lack of space. A small wardrobe would be fine.

The price and location are perfect for a quick stay in Manchester. Bed was comfortable and it did the job of every Motel One I’ve stayed in. Was able to get estoy check in which helped after an early flight.
The staff at reception were not friendly. Did their job well but not the welcome I expect. The breakfast was not worth the money. Yes a continental is not going to be amazing but this was very poor.
