The size of the appartment was good, there was a washing machine and there was a supermarket just around the corner. But I would not recommend to book this appartment.

Unfortunately this is the first negative feedback I ever gave on booking.com. But there was too much negative not to share this. Although the pictures on booking.com look perfect, the reality is a bit different. The owner lives in the apartment above and is extremely loud. Loud television, loud conversations, moving furniture, washing machine, loud music till late in the evening, etc. And to top all of this we could hear her having sex, and that also very loud. If you want a relaxed and quiet stay, look somewhere else. We didn’t have a quiet minute here. Further the apartment was not clean. The plastic carpet in front of the sofa was extremely dirty. I cleaned it myself and it took me 3 goes before the cleaning water was not brown anymore. Accidentally I moved the sofa while cleaning this and I am sure no one cleaned there in the last year. The cushions for the garten furniture had stains. There was a grey mattress (in a wooden box on the terrace) for a sun bed which we could not use because it was full of cat hairs. The foot hocker near the sofa had a lot of stains, not even sure what the original color was. The terrace itself was not cleaned at all. Further there was black mold in the shower (ceiling) and bedroom (next to the window on the left side). It is unhealthy. Having to pay 50€ for end cleaning? Than I expected it to be clean on arrival. Also the description about getting the keys is not correct. You have to pick them up in the center of Girona at an office. For us it was no problem because we were already in the center, but if you travel by car on arrival it could be a bit of a hassle finding a place to park. It is too far to walk from the apartment to the city center to pick them up.

Very nice property but location is not ideal. 10 min drive from town. There is no parking at the address so had to park in street. I went for cycling and property is at the top of a steep hill from old town

The apt was furnished with taste and clean. Very friendly St Bernard dog on the premises.

Picking up the keys (I found out at the last minute that I had to get them from an office in the centre of town in a place you can't legally drive up to...I probably got a ticket). They also poorly explained how to get into the apt and I had to call internationally 3 times to finally get clarity (more lost money).

The place and the room and the courtyard outside the loving st. BERNARD dog. The prompt response when a need arose abd the view from the place . Montjuic 23 is the place .

Al that is mentioned above + quick wifi, private parking, information, foods & fresh fruit provided. Great place for a reasonable price, really enjoyed my two days of stop-over in Girona.

This apartment is very modern and comfortable. It is only a 15min walk down the hill to town and catch a bus back up (or catch bus both ways) - it runs regularly. There is a supermarket just a few minutes away. It is a quite location. One of the nicest places we have stayed. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Was clean and tidy Con… cost £45 for cleaning fees.

Too far out of town. Stayed an extra night for £75 but was then overcharged and charged a whopping amount of near an extra £100 for a night that we were not even there, a night that we were not even in the property. The agent charged my credit card and is now ignoring my messages for a receipt and explanation. Because if this extortionate charge, I can not recommend this property and I still would like the courtesy of an explanation as to why this happened.
