Apartment was not ready till 16,15h – sitting on the stairs – family of 5. Everything old, broken and dirty in apartment. Air conditioners were so dirty that, despite 45oC in Athens you do not want to turn it on as you will get some disease. Not possible to sleep because temperature and feel of dirtiness. Terrace is joke with old table and chairs and nothing else. Owner advised me to find new apartment, he will give me 1 hour – at 17h, in Athens after all day long tryp??? We change it tomorrow. BOOKING.COM was so unprofessional and they transferred to me not complete amount of money for 2 nights (we stayed 1 night, no sleep) but for 1 NIGHT deducted for “booking sponsor benefit applied in the reservation”. WOW???? This info I squeezed from them after so many massages and answers from: Venessa B., Caroline R., zahra b., Neha Y., Antonio Y., Thomas N. and then they stop to answering!

Nice terrace, good cabinet table in the living room. Spacious living room.

There is no private parking, you can try finding a free parking on the street. That could be a challenge in the morning. Paid parking nearby we could find is 17€/day. Wi-fi is working, but is good only for messaging or e-mail. Speed is close to zero: 0.20-0.35 mbps. The view out of the bathroom is at pigeon nest with a pigeon chick sitting constantly calling for her parents. Kitchen needs renovation and some extra utensils - wine glasses, knifes. The common area of the building smells kerosene - probably it was recently sanitised against roaches/pests, some of the smell even gets into the apartment.

the kitchen was very old very rusty, in general the Appartment was not clean, a very poor internet connection.

Checkin process easy, I was well.informed. Spacious flat, close to highroad and Conference centre. Working air con/heater The flat was decorated with books which I found refreshing. Although the weather didn't help but the balcony was spacious.

Lack of light in the corridor Lift was old, and got stuck once but decided to move again.

Beds were not so clean, I had to put a towel on the pillow.
