Everything was perfect. The room was enormous and very clean and the view was breathtaking. The staff was super helpful, especially Veronica. The location excellent as well.

Stunning views. Short walk to the port and town square. Spacious room with all amenities. Good aircon. Very friendly staff.

The view is INCREDIBLE! this was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip, we didn’t want to leave the room. The style of the room is stunning, very authentic. Everything is very comfortable and the location is great. The host was a delight! The coffee machine was good, and we were given some drinks for our stay, very thoughtful. The best feature are the windows.

The bathroom is on the smaller side and there was a kitchen, however, there weren’t any appliances or kitchen tools to cook with. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Perfect location a plus with the communal terrace- our fave part of the stay. The staff have fantastic communication and helped us get to the property by meeting us at the ferry terminal. The views are amazing and the property is located in such a central area. A few mins walk to Amalfi town centre and ferry terminal for day trips.

We loved our room at Dimore De Luca! Beautiful view of the sea and parts of the town. There’s plenty of sunlight coming through the windows and a lot of space. We loved that it was so close, but not directly in the town center, so it wasn’t as noisy. The Giro d’Italia (bike race) was going on while we were there and we had a perfect view from our balcony and window. We had access to the terrace (roof) and decided to watch it there. The staff is super friendly and respond quickly over WhatsApp. They even gifted us some treats for our honeymoon. It was very lovely! Highly recommend!

The only negative would be if you are not mobile as there is no elevator. Also the building is at the beginning of a tunnel that all the cars drive through. You have to walk through the tunnel to get into town so some people might not be comfortable with that. But it’s only about a 2 minute walk.

The views of the sea / marina were amazing from every room. Even the separate shower had its own little view of the sea. The accommodation was fresh with light. We were greeted upon arrival. Very convenient location without the struggle of steep steps. Complimentary extras. Fresh linen and towels and a comfortable bed. As a middle-aged couple, we loved this place and would book again!

Abit cramped but perfect for a few nights stay

The staff was great. Sara was extremely helpful to our needs, and we appreciate the person who helped with the luggages, as well. And the cleaning lady was very attentive. We liked the views and the location. However, walking the narrow sidewalk to get to our room, was a little scary with all the traffic.

Walking into our room at Dimore de Luca, the first thing that came to mind is wow. The view of the Amalfi bay is gorgeous and we felt so excited. We didn't care that the bedroom was barely big enough to contain the bed, or that the shower was so tiny you had to duck your head to step into it, or that the mattress wasn't very comfortable. We thought the view would make up for it. But little did we know what we had coming.

This building is directly adjacent to the main highway Amalfi tunnel. Actually, that's understating it. The building is built into the tunnel so it is literally the other side of the tunnel that surrounds the main highway for all of Amalfi coast. In other words, any car that goes up and down the highway from Napoli or Positano or anywhere to Amalfi or Revello or anywhere South passes through your bedroom (my car's GPS claims that it's a 90 kmh highway). If they would have taken precautions to create proper insulation maybe the situation would have been better, but unfortunately every car or bike that passes by sounds like it's inside your bedroom. As you could imagine, we were woken up by cars and motorcycles throughout the night, at midnight, 1am, 2am, all through the morning. The worst was at 3am when there was a group of motorcycles having a party right outside our room and the sound was so deafening it was unbearable. In addition, my husband got a severe allergic reaction and could barely breathe all night. This might have been caused by the smoke coming from the highway. Next morning I went to share my experience with the front desk but guess what, they don't even have a front desk, at least not in the building. They directed me to walk 10min away to the center of town - this is just an apartment building that was converted to a budget hotel. We checked out and moved to Hotel La Bussola which is just 2-3 min walk away and world's apart. Can't believe it was about the same price and we got a luxurious 4-star hotel at that price with a beautiful ocean facing balcony - I feel like we got scammed. Dimore de Luca isn't really worth more than 50 EUR per night tops. Even then, I'd argue you're better off pitching a tent on the cliff in a spot with a view. At least then you'd be able to pick a spot without car traffic.

Small room, bed very close to the door. We heard people coming up the stairs every night. we wile went in August - it was quite noisy until about 3am.
