Hotel apartment doesn’t consisting with the kitchen equipment such as pots, knifes, cutting boards , (burner available ). It’s better, if they can provide a water bottles and coffee packets.

Housekeeping service was very poor. During my stay for 5 days my room has been cleaned only once while it was mentioned that they provide daily housekeeping and I asked them twice to make housekeeping and when I arrived to my room I find it as it was with garbage inside room and dirty floors. Also I asked for a mattress to my kids for last night with blankets but they didn't provide. I have complained this hotel to Minister of Tourism to take disciplinary action against them. Moreover, parking area for cars are not under their supervision that allow for neighborhood cars to park while we as guests have the priority which ends with parking our cars far away from the hotel. Room was mentioned with balcony and there was no balcony only window. Finally the trolly used for luggages are not clean while extra cleaning recommended because of COVID-19.
