The location was great and the check-in process was very easy.

The room’s appliances, cutlery, plates, cups etc. were low in numbers.

Everything about the property is perfect Nice and spacious

Location is good.

Not clean, bed was full of hair showing no signs that the room bed sheet and pillow cases were changed. The bed itself is like a boat.

I liked the place as a whole

The towel service. There was one towel for two adults. The beds were too low. The fact that on a sunny day you have to drive out for a swim. The property needs to have a pool facility.

I liked that it had a bathtub and the whole apartment was spacious

There was no tissue in the bathroom. During the night, it seemed like someone was trying to get in ( kept messing with the door handle).

The posted images and reality do not match. This location is not well maintained. There is grime in the bathrooms, particularly in the showers, and it has turned black, giving the appearance of mould. We only had one pot and one pan, both of which were sticky and black from previous burnt food. We also didn't have any cooking spoons, so we had to go out and get some, and the kettle was broken. The couches weren't even clean enough to sit on. We are Canadian residents who have travelled extensively, and this location disappointed us greatly. I will return to Hilton, Marriott, and other hotels.

The location was ideal to our home which is being renovated and the room was pleasant.

Our room was not cleaned on Sunday not sure whether cleaners clean on Sundays. We extended our stay for 2 more nights. I logged into the Website to book 2 more nights. It would have been nice to be notified at the reception that we can extend if we so wish at the reception.
