Owners are very beautiful people, location is absolutely great, not much touristic and you can enjoy relax all day long. The structure has a terrace on the sea where you can enjoy breakfast/dinner with a stunning view. The food they propose is limited but quality. My room had a wonderful view on the beach where I could enjoy sunrise and sunset.

This was a spectacular stop along the Corfu Trail for our group. Madalena worked all day to prepare our evening meal and celebration together as a group. She was the host of all hosts! We we enthralled with the experience from the time we arrived until departure... this is a don't miss along the way.

I stayed 2 night and first night was super cold in the room;
- not really comfortable bad;
- quite far to the public transport ( but I was ready to that);
- WiFi didn't work;
- not enough sockets in the room for 8 people.

Breakfast included was simple but tasty, lovely views, heating/AC in the room. Good price and alternative to make the trip cheaper if you are renting a car and want to explore the north of the island.
I stayed at the very beginning of the season, the nights were still very cold and i needed to use 3 of the provided blankets to keep warm. I could do this as the room wasn't full and i borrowed the blankets from other beds. I recommend the hostel provides more blankets per bed.
Maybe cause it's early in the season, but the place is not as cute as in the pictures.
There doesn't seem to be a noise policy and the first night I could hear loud passengers in and out of their rooms till late.
To locate the place beware of the road signs, they won't say Maddalena BNB, it will say Sunrock.

Madalena's B&B was an interesting place to stay, lively and friendly. I had a private room, although many of the rooms had multiple bunk beds, suitable for younger people. The staff were helpful and friendly and I was allowed to use a private WiFi hotspot when the standard WiFi was lacking in strength. The meals, served on the terrace with the wonderful sunset view, were of good quality. There is a good sandy beach, perfect for a pre-breakfast swim, just down some steps from the property.
You have to go down a very steep hill from Pelekas village to reach Madalena's, so I was glad to have a hired car. Those who had to walk up to the bus-stop complained of the severe climb.

A bit limited as I’m lactose free. An additional choise of fruits would have helped to fill the breakfast table. The terrace facing the sea made up for any lack in the food intake though !

We had a leak in the bathroom that was hopefully taken care of as we left after having stayed only for a couple of nights. So romantic anyhow we didn’t think much of it as a big problem, we will be back !

we had a triple room as we are walking the Corfu trail with our daughter… no fridge, no kettle, very small room (furniture very tight for space), very basic bathroom. the B&B is by the beach… a very steep and long walk to the village. the hotel is very tired

Although the location is superb and I had a comfy stay at this hostel, some extra cleaning should be an important detail owner and volunteers might need to care more about.
+ some volunteers were not relatively engaged in their role and shift activities they are supposed to be.

It's a family business with very kind people and they make a reallyyyy good moussaka. Also its next to the beach so it makes a wonderful place to see the sunset and there is stairs next to the place to get to the beach, which is wonderful.
It would be nice if there would be lockers, to put your stuff. But other then that this is perfect if you're travelling alone.

Family run business, beautiful people with amazing energy so kind and welcoming. Fabulous food and the best cocktails. The location is just metres from the beach would recommend 100%. And the shower was really good.
Nothing. Everything was amazing. The little walkway to the beach is quite steep so like a lot of places in corfu you need to be careful if you have mobility problems but nothing to do with the actual accommodation which was perfect for us.

Being at Madalenas feels like home - the family-run accommodation is relaxed and fun, mixing hostel guests with families and couples. The breakfast is included and you have an amazing view on the terrace. In the evening you can enjoy excellent meals and great sunsets. The room was simple, but very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed, AC and a spectacular view.

Location near a nice beach with excelent views from the restaurant terrace. Location is really the highlight of this place, even though is a bit tricky to find it at first.
Booked a 4 people mix bedroom and end up getting a very crowded and tiny 6 people mix bedroom. Complained to the staf and was told that they couldnt change description in Booking.com during high season, which is not a fair excuse. At least they should notify people upon booking and allow guests to rebook given that they are not offering what they advertise.
Breakfast is very limited but the views from the restaurant make up for a nice experience.

The view was magnificent. Very nice view on the terrace. The owner and the stuff were very nice and friendly.
The conditions overall were below average. A lot of spiders in the room, rust. We asked to change the room, the second one was a little better.
