Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort es un escape tranquilo situado en el lado tranquilo de Panama City Beach, FL. Situado en medio de exuberante vegetación el paraíso tropical abarca 18 hectáreas con 350 pies de las aguas esmeralda y las playas de arena blanca de azúcar. Una calidad única de este complejo es nuestro acceso privado a la playa peatonal. El paso subterráneo es un túnel bien iluminado bajo carretera escénica 98 que conduce a nuestro gran gazebo y paseo marítimo. Las instalaciones del complejo incluyen: canchas de tenis, canchas de barajas, 2 piscinas (una para los más pequeños), un parque infantil, una casa club que cuenta con: conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, mesa de ping-pong y mesas de billar. The stay was good but the upstairs room stayed super warm/hot.

Womderful quiet getaway
The condo was wonderful and location perfect. It's a quiet area but close to anything you need. The grounds are beautiful and condo in great shape with nice beach and turtle decor. Plenty of room to feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed the beach most days but also ventured to a few of the state parks and Man of the Sea museum. The private access to the beach was great and made it easy to enjoy the sugar white sand and turquoise waters without a big production with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo in a great community
This is a great condo for Parents with small kids, and couples who like to cook. The property is wonderful but the location was to isolated for us. There are no restaurants near by and if you have teenagers you need to stay further east or west so they can rent bikes etc.

Wonderful location with great access to the beach. The grounds were kept up beautifully! No complaints except there just needs to be some maintenance done to the unit we stayed in, #15. Overall experience was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend away- quiet, resort was not crowded, and the beach wasn’t crowded either. We stayed in unit 15 and it was great! Used to come as a family when we were younger so we have not been back for a few years. I loved seeing the updates done on the grounds and unit. Nothing over the top but nonetheless updated and had everything we needed. Grounds were well kept and everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved coming back and making new memories at Sunnyside- we can’t wait to be back!

This condo has carpet throughout! Not practical at beach. Other than that, it was nicely appointed with lots of original art. Owner should get rid of other cheesy decor, to clean surfaces for renters to put their own things! Kitchen cabinets are plentiful, but owner should clear out some of their things to allow for renter storage. Back door is hard to close/ lock. Patio door screws wouldn't stay in handle.

Our rental experience was great. Loved the open floor plan for our family of 8. The pool was close and the open green space made for some great evening corn hole games! The Beach was private and only a few steps away. We love the west end of the beach, not as crowded and more family oriented.

We have been coming to the Gulf for about 20 years now. We have stayed in Destin, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach. Friends of ours invited us to Sunnyside to spend the day with them and we were hooked! We love the complex, grounds, pool and especially the beach! This was our 2nd stay, and we have already made our reservation for next summer.
