In un complesso tipo case popolari trovi al secondo piano, senza ascensore, (c’era ma non potevamo usarlo)
Ci siamo ritrovati in un vero e proprio appartamento con più camere da letto, dovevamo avere un bagno esclusivo ma nulla, abbiamo trovato al mattino gente nel nostro bagno, cosa orribile, abbiamo subito abbandonato la struttura! Soggiorno da dimenticare

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good shower. We were able to use the kitchen which had a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The check-in and out were easy. Very close to the train station. Good neighborhood.

The owner was extremely rude. We could not find the property because of wrong address provided. Instead of providing us with correct directions, he yelled and behaved bad. Moreover, this place provides misinformation regarding the type of accommodation it offers, which is a bedroom without keys in an apartment where you stay with others. No one of the other people staying there was aware of that either. Despite we decided to stay there for the night, we informed the owner that we would proceed with a formal complaint via booking. He then cancelled our reservation through booking claiming that we did not show up, which is utterly disappointing and an unacceptable lie, in order not to be able to initiate a formal proceeding against him.

This is such a lovely place with a few personal touches.
Well decorated and very clean.
In a good location. 5min walk to the main train/bus station. 20min walk into the city centre.
Comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were lovely and soft.
There were quite a few mozzies in the room and had a great feast during the night. As the ceiling was high I could not reach to kill them.

The apartment is at a stone throw distance from the main station, which is nice if you're traveling by train. The room, shared bathroom and kitchen were all clean and well maintained. The contact with the host was good. The check in time had to be appointed beforehand.
Unfortunately it wasn't fully quiet due to the road that lies next to the apartment. Otherwise everything was fine.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! I was really surprised by this apartment. From the outside I was not expecting much to be honest, but the apartment is even more pretty than in the pictures. Super clean, bed sheets smelling so good, kitchen well equipped, private bathroom for every room with shampoo, soap... There is a a lift in the building, wi-fi works perfectly, and the location is also great! We could park our car inside the building at a very low fee. I could not recommend this place enough.

Unfortunately there was a family next door with a baby. The associated noise was audible and disturbing.

Very clean, calm and cosy and extremely convenient location if travelling by train. Not too far to walk to the city centre either. The place was easy to find, and the host nice and helpful. The bedroom was spacious with a huge tv and the kitchen and bathroom shared with another room in the flat were well-equipped. Got our laundry done too for 5€.
Not suitable if you have mobility issues or very heavy luggage as it is fourth floor, no lift. Didn’t manage to connect to the wifi (the host would have probably solved this, but it wasn’t a big issue for us so I didn’t want to bother her).

shel let us waiting for more than one hour wile she was at the super market, she sent me an address and later she told me that I need to meet with her in a gas station
we were so tire and we move to another place
I called Booking.com and was worse because I spent one hour on the phone with them (3 calls) to get nothing for answer

love how the parking is fenced so you don’t have to find parking or park on the street. there’s also a kitchen. everything was very clean and presentable and smelled fresh. perfect spot for Verona because it’s not too far from everything. we had a car and would drive so I’m not sure about how it would be walking. I’m sure it wouldn’t be too bad with the scenery.
you share a bathroom which really wasn’t that big of a deal but if you have to go bad you might be waiting on someone but it was really clean and smelled good. there was even a hair dryer.

Good location for traveling by train. Host keep contact and tell us information how to get to the accommodation, this was very helpful because we arrived at the dark. She also upgrade our group to the bigger/comfort room which was vey kind she was.
Even there was no breakfast but we can use the kitchen.
It is far from the center and around the appartment ,it is difficult to find supermarket ,food shop.(This did not relate to this accommodation just for information and there may be but I could not find them myself).

Everything was super-clean, great and supportive hosts, they can pick you up from the airport for 15 euro. It takes about 25 min to get to the historical centre by walk, the Flixbus station and the train station are at a 3 min walk
We really enjoyed our stay
A bit noisy from the hall, and it would have been nice to have more space for our clothes.
