Nice, almost completely new and spotlessly clean apartment in South Sardinia. The apartment is fully equipped and has a very nice terrace to enjoy your dinner or afternoon drink. Teulada is a small town and all restaurants, shops, etc. are literally minutes away. Ricardo is a very friendly and efficient host; he was kind enough to wait for us despite us running late and always made any arrangements we asked him for within minutes of us asking. And he produces probably the best mirto liqueur on the island (grazie mille Ricardo)! All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Not really a negative since we knew this when we made the booking but you do need a car if you wish to explore the beaches and other parts of the island. While public transport is available, it is much better to rely on your own transportation, especially since the closest beach is 15km away and Teulada is approx. 80km away from the capital Cagliari.

The two year old apartment was bright, very clean, and fully equipped. It was great having a fridge and stove, so that I could do some simple cooking. The smart TV also translated some of the movies back to the english language, so that I could enjoy. Several good restaurants in easy walking distance. Parking was on site and spacious.

They need a small sign or address outside the building. I was standing right in front and did not that was the place. I emailed Ricardo and he met me there shortly. I do not use Whatsapp so it took a few minutes. One minor issue with the hot water was also fixed quickly.

Excellent location: close to beaches like Portu Tramatzu beach that has all the amenities. Spiaggia Tueredda is also within easy reach by car. Hosts Riccardo and Martina are very friendly and informative. You cannot go wrong with these apartments. Recently renovated with ultra clean rooms. Nice patio for relaxing and dining and also BBQ.

We had the apartment with the biggest patio. However, the indoor dining area lacked a sofa as there was no separate indoor living area. The kitchen equipment lacked a cutting board.

Well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated, really comfortable bed.

Very helpful hosts that waited long in the night for out plane arrival as well as helped when necessary. The facility was brand new/renovated and perfectly clean. Private parking was a plus.

We missed a bit air conditioning in the bedrooms, while there was only one unit in the kitchen. The terrace - it was with a nice view and spacious, however it was difficult to sit there because of unbearable heat in the evening - the heat was coming from the outer air conditioning unit and a gas boiler and as the terrace was roofed, the heat could not escape and made the terrace overheated. No problem in the morning. Small hint for sleepers - the nearby church bells ring at 7:30 - quite noisy:).
