Good, honest pub accommodation at the right price. Room had an en-suite and close to facilities. Good pub food at the right price.

It was well priced. Staff were lovely.

The only thing I didn't like was the room had no mirror. For dressing and doing hair.

It was smelly, run down, mouldy bathroom, no air con in the bedroom which lead to a hot night.

air con didn’t work, kept on blowing cold then hot air, paint literally peeling off the ceiling Ana falling onto the floor, sheets didn’t even cover the bed properly as they were too small, booked for family of four and only had 2 cups and 2 tiny milks not even enough for the number of people we booked for. ordered tea inside the hotel and after ordering and paying for 3 different meals to be told after we had paid and ordered that they had run out so we had to order simmering different for each of them which also happened to cost more which we had to pay. I asked for salad and chips with them all and one came out with salad and veg, one with just chips and the last one just salad. the lettuce in the salad hasn’t been washed and when you ate it you were crunching dirt

Staff good - checked in early, note staff also have to tend bar so you might have to wait a little if you arrive when the bar is busier. Had a barramundi burger for dinner- is a bit spicy as the staff let you know in advance but still tastes really good. 😀 Beds comfy, fairly quiet considering we stayed on a weekend.

Hot water wasn't there at all on the first day (in the mens or womens showers but the hot water in the shower next to the toilet at the end of the hallway was working). Fire alarm went off about 4am which the hotel couldn't control but there were no announcements or anything- it took about half an hour to forty minutes until management came to check on us who had gone outside to evacuate & even then no instructions from them, only from talking to other guests did we find out what was going on- would not want to be there if it was a genuine emergency due to that. Otherwise good and happy to stay again.

Centrally located in Singleton. Comfortable and quiet being away from the pub. The pub meal was very good- and you can walk it off by walking around the beautiful historic town.
