It is not a "Beautiful apartments in Kavala", rather the apartment in the basement. No windows in the living area and bathroom. Only one small frying pan and pot. It is not beachfront building. Free parking on the street only. Parking not always available near by.

Beautiful location, the studio was cosy and cute, big enough for a couple, with all you need for a comfortable stay! The owner very kind and helpful!

Good location near the sea. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fast and correct communication before our arrival. Vasilis and his sister were very kind hosts. They even gave us a traditional Greek New Year's sweet "Vasilopita". Thanks for a great stay!

Τhe room was just like in the photos, small, new and cosy.
Unfortunately it was right in front of a church bell tower and the bell rang very loudly every hour, waking us up or scaring us, so I do not recommend it to people with babies.

Very narrow roads. Difficulty finding parking near the accommodation.

Wonderful studio on the ground floor with all amenities. We did not have a problem with parking on the street, we always found a place. The beach is 5 minutes, but we preferred to go to different beaches every day. The central part is 3.2 km by car.
Those who like to sleep late will not be happy with the clock tower in the immediate vicinity. It starts at 7.00 in the morning ...
