The location and the view.

This place has not had a good upkeep. Marks all over the walls. Disgusting smelling carpet on the stairs. You could smell it as soon as you opened the front door. Terrible :( Cob webs all over the balcony, garage and clothes line. Old things left in the cupboards, especially in the bunk bedroom it was so old and smelly, blankets and games left in there for a long time. Wok in the kitchen was rusty could not cook with it and the other saucepans were pretty bad too. Flies in the window seals. Overall it REALLY needs a good proper clean out. Such a nice place but not looked after very well. The linen and bath towels were very clean so that was one positive thing about it and the kitchen is quite new and that was nice and clean too.

Position to beach and town. Views are great and everything is easy!

It was all really good! We have stayed here a few times and love it each time!

There were only 4 wine glasses for 6 adults. There were no instructions for the oven which we found difficult to operate. An explanation of all the symbols on it would help.
