It was the best price in that area, the landlord was in touch, and the location was really good: 2min walk from Las Canteras beach (the main one in the city), 15min walk to the harbour where you take the ferrys to other islands, and 10min walk to the bus station Santa Catalina where the local buses and the intercity buses run.

The place was not fully equipped (there weren't simple things like a kitchen knife, sponge to wash dishes, blanket, bottle opener, enough toilet paper, microwave...) and you can hear the neighbors easily.

The accommodation was located close to the beach and not too far from city center. We had everything we needed in the close proximity. Everything was clean the bed was really comfy and the apartment is really bright which is a big plus. Christian welcomed us and he was really nice and helped us with car rentals.

We didn't have internet for all our stay there due to problems with interned providers. We notified the owners about this problem few minutes after we got into the apartment but they were not accessible at that time. Only at the end of the second day they answered and tried to fix it, but the problem wasn't solved at all on time, which made our stay and communication with everyone a lot harder. I wouldn't make a fuss about this but in 2022 I think internet is a must and those fixes should be fixed asap. And this is something that greatly impacted on our impression of the accommodation.

Beautiful, huge, good value, located 2m away from the beach, all furniture is new, it has all equipment you might need. Flavio is really easy going and very helpful, we were more than happy with the communication.

Towels were wet and the bed sheet was a bit dirty. We also didn’t gave Flavio much time to clean.

Location It was small as we expected but had a good layout; Contact with Flavio was fast and he was available to answer all questions at all times- very nice host

No wardrobe or anywhere where to put any clothes Loud, especially at night when the trash collection comes and it comes sometimes 3 times per night so sleeping with open window was not possible Mattress a bit sinking

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and Santa Catalina park.

We did not get the info from the owner how to get into the flat. He did not answer the phone when we tried to call. Downstairs was a hairsaloon and the staff from there helped us. They knew which apartment we should go and they rang the doorbell. In the apartment was very nice and helpfull cleaning lady waiting for us but she was also unware that we did not have a phone number to her nor the number of apartment. Overall the stay in the apartment was nice but communication with the owner not.

I had such a great time here! Amazing location and the view. The flat has everything you might need. I will definitely come back :) big thank you to Flavio for being a great host and helping with everything!

The apartment is 2 min walk to the beach and within easy access to the bus station (around 6 min walk). The apartment had good wifi and the water for the showers was hot and plentiful. Good facilities (fridge / kettle / cooker / washing machine). Nearest (little shop) is across the road and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions and tips of locations to visit / places to eat. Apartment is located in a residential block but despite its location it was quiet at night

The apartment is quite small - but contains everything you need for a stay (you are unlikely to be spending a lot of time in the apartment!) - no air-conditioning / heating (but not required during our stay)

Very noisy neighbourhood, especially late at night. Some of the equipment (bed, washing machine, clothes drying rack, fan) is old and should be replaced.

Location is great, very close to the beach, I didn’t had a car so parking was not a problem, it seemed hard to park around. The hostess was great. Good kitchen accessories. And washing machine. The apartment was clean, it is a little bit old, might need some fixes.

The mattress was very hard, and the apartment was warm, there is a fan, but sometimes it was not enough.

We found some small bugs around, the shower drain smelled bad first days of our stay. The street was quite noisy and you can also hear noise from other apartments in the building.

Too hot inside evęn if fan is turn on. Cockroaches and another warms in the kitchen and bathroom.
