Die Zimmerlage ist perfekt.
Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Die Dusche ist mit ROT (Warmwasser) und BLAU (Klatwasser) falsch herum deklariert. Der Hinweis hierauf im Zimmer fehlt.

Perfekte Lage gegenüber der Bootsanlegestellen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Wir hatten zu zweit sehr viel Platz (1 großes Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Wintergarten). Alles war sauber.
Das Bad und die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Renovierung, um dem Preisniveau von 215 Euro/Nacht zu entsprechen. Die Duschkabine war teilweise ausgehängt und so eng, dass etwas stabilere Personen Probleme haben dürften.

Die Freundlichkeit und die Sauberkeit.
In den Betten konnte man gut liegen und sehr komfortabel schlafen, gute Qualität
Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Es gab praktisch keine Auswahl und in dem einwöchigen Aufenthalt keine Abwechslung.

Das historische Gebäude ist wunderschön und bestens gepflegt. Die Lage direkt am See bzw. an der Anlegestelle der Seeschifffahrt ist traumhaft. Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch die sehr belebte Fußgängerzone ist erlaubt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war eine große Auswahl. Fußläufig viel zu sehen. Parkplatz nicht weit vom Hotel.Würde es weiter empfehlen

we loved everything about this place🥰 starting with the entrance and meeting the amazing lady at the reception - very welcoming and warm person, ready to help anytime.
so the first and foremost - we were offered to upgrade our room, because there was such possibility, for very budget-friendly amount of money, which we couldn’t refuse. the lake view just stole our hearts. in general room was very good, the building is old, but well-maintained and you can feel that it has its own character and history. i feel sorry for the people who complain about squeaky floor - guys, the building is old, but kept in a great condition. thanks a lot for the hotel staff, everything was above any expectations. much love, and we will def come next year!

We had a room with a balcony. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. It is the best view a hotel can offer in the Könnigsee. Boat rides just start in front of the hotel. The hotel is situated just at the start of the sea. The nearest bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away.
The hotel itself gives you a feeling of old times because of its architecture and interiors. The bathroom was a little bit small but was nice and clean.

The hotel ist directly situated at the edge of the lake. From here you can start discovering the region by car, foot or ferry. In the morning you got the whole lake for yourself.
The staff was not very interested in helping with Check-in, serving breakfast or explaining anything. The furniture is really run down and originates from the 60s, but not in a good way. The hotel has definitely seen better years and noone is interested in improving anything anymore. The breakfast was the bare minimum, and there are no alternatives nearby.

We had a super nice view to the lake from the window, super location just in front of the lake!

Location. Location. Location. More a Guesthouse feel then an Hotel feel.
Bathroom is tiny and shower was loose but can get fixed. No self help for breakfast. Breakfast was limited. Language was a barrier.

Location is absolutely perfect, directly next to the lake and the tourist boat tours. A lot of restaurants in walking distance.
The breakfast was very good, the staff super friendly and the view from the balcony is exceptional!
The bathroom is very small, it was difficult for my fiance who is 1.88m tall to sit there because his knees were touching the wall, but it was cleaned everyday which was perfect!
As always in Bavaria the hotels are somewhat old-fashioned but charming.
It would have been nice to know that you have to drive through the pedestrian area to get to the hotel parking, but once you have the key you can use a secluded parking lot.

My second time at this hotel great location rooms with lake view amazing after 18:00 the area is so relaxing. Some times want move there to live the photo its my room view
