Everything, amazing staff and beautiful room

Central, quiet, well maintained and pretty.

The double bed had a dip in the middle so we rolled to the middle each night. A queen would have been better as well

Staff where friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Without asking setup a table, chairs and portable braai outside our room and assisted with cutlery and plates etc when they enquired on our dinner plans, and we indicated we would be braaing.

Bedding needs to be white and an electric blanket essential. Bedding must be replaced

Love fridge and Aircon in rooms coffee tee , kettle old and yellow. Otherwise no complaints, 2 guys at reception are perfect friendly and always smiling 😁. Love that the hotel is in main rd and busy love it

Spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Everything we needed was in the room.

Towels made some fluff. The hotel could maby invest in a proper coffee machine..

We normally have dinner when passing through. Our first stay. Recent upgrades have been tastfully done. The staff, especially Shane, were friendly and helpful. The backup power generator and water tanks alleviates any impact of national load and local water shedding. The restaurant menu is small but delicious food at reasonable prices. We love the old world charm. Definitely a place for a stop over or to linger longer

Guests insisting on having their relatively clean 4x4 washed in a water stressed town when their next leg of their journey was on dirt road

Unfortunately the generator backed into our room so at 3 am that was the end of sleep. people in the garden talking also is something you can’t get away from. no top sheet on bed which is needed in the heat. mosquitoes have moved on mass to the room.

Friendly staff. Homely and welcoming establishment. Pet friendly was a big plus. Great to have an air conditioned room plus room service when needed. Management constantly checking whether their guests were comfortable and had all they needed.

Difficult to find fault as it was such good value for money. I would say that maybe a couple of vegetarian dishes could be included in the menu. With the two meaty pasta dishes maybe a penne napolitan or something similar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful also regarding our car problem. Good food in the restaurant. Very easy to find. It felt a bit like a hotel from the Wild West, exciting experience.

The hot water didn’t work for coffee at breakfast. Interior is a bit old fashioned and could use some renovation.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. Pet friendly was a big plus.

Maybe a vegetarian dish or two on the menu.
