The location is great
We had no Woking air-conditioning when I went to the property management she said she would get maintenance to sort it .Maintenance never came. Showers don't contain the water so floors flooded every time we had a shower. There was a broken glass in the living area on the floor it hadn't been cleaned properly of the glass would have been swept up.

Misleading. Only 1 pool , wi-fi only available in rooms not at poolside area. Air con was broken.

location and layout inside
we had to report some problems inside the property. The problems were not previously reported by earlier guests and when that happens problems build up. The staff were excellent in fixing the problems.

we loved the complex, the location is very close to main restaurants and bars. the other owners are very friendly and helpful
the bungalow smelled of damp, the bedding and our clothing felt damp to touch. I would be concerned if any families had health conditions such as asthma

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with modern decor and had air conditioning. The pool area was amazing with plenty of sunbeds and two swimming pools.
We did not realise the apartment was down in a bunker with no views and looked out onto walls from all windows hence not much daylight and required to head up to the pool area each day for sunbathing.
The bar and facilities at the complex closed at short notice on our 4th day due to the owners going on holiday which was disappointing.

it had no outside space or patio doors air con only in main room none in bedrooms No welcome pack so didn’t know if we would get chang elf towels or bedding for our 10 nights (we didn’t) were the rubbish goes and what to do when leaving property even though I emailed to ask

The pool facility.. the complete complex was great. Other guests were friendly which makes the place
The only thing I would say is there was no balcony. We felt we were living in a cell underground.
This should be advertise as no balcony available. We have stay in the complex before and we had a balcony so hence why we returned
I will be going on to Los graciosess website and putting this review up as in my opinion it decides ur destination.
Just one thing. There was a musty smell in the apartment and I felt the bed clothes were not fresh

Very hard to fault this accomodation. Great position. Lovely clean apartments and great little pool bar serving snacks and drinks at very good prices.

The room was clean and comfortable. It doesn’t have a balcony however I knew this when we booked so wasn’t an issue. Apartment is very modern- hot water enough to shower just about 5 people. Location 5 min walk to main strip. Tv was brilliant having English Channels which kept my little one entertained in the mornings. Overall was very happy with the price paid and the accommodation 😀 The complex itself is immaculate with very friendly bar staff- Sally really stood out and was so friendly and helpful always. I will definitely return, thank you.
