Nice cabins, good size space. Electric blanket on the bed for the cooler months.

The ground keeper was very friendly and welcoming and the place was very clean.

It is just not sparkle clean but for a caravan park, it is ok. Parking is great! Common area is great! There is a swimming pool next door. Location is great for food. Nice and quiet. Checking in is easy, not too expensive.

The shampoo and conditioner. the sofa is not very clean. The beddings are not very clean. The utensils are old and worn, needed replacing. Towels are stained. Staff didn't want to introduce the surrounding area much.

Location was amazing and so were the facilities. Will definitely be back again.

The park was nice and quiet and close to shops. Where the cabin was situated was private and check in/ out was super easy with a lock box at the front door. We requested an earlier check in which was accommodated with no dramas.

The cabin didn’t appear or smell clean, the walls were very grubby, the kids beds weren’t clean or made (although there was bedding in the cupboard). The air con/ heater didn’t work at all, the exhaust fan in the bathroom also didn’t work and the shower continuously dripped the entire time.

Cabin # 3 The lounge was really grubby-I had to put a blanket over it before I could sit on it ! Definitely needs a new lounge ! The bathroom is too small-needs to be expanded but it’s probably not possible unless you take some space from the living area-put a smaller lounge in place.

Communication with reception was prompt and they were great to accommodate our needs

We booked through a 3rd party (booking.com) and received a discounted price. This should have been a red flag in the instance....This was a budget room we paid for, not realising at time of booking. Basically we got what we paid for.... Very tiered cabin. Frayed netted curtains.....The most disgusting sofa that was covered in stains (I have photos), Stank of stale smoke even though the sign in the room said No Smoking. Only one person could safely sit on it as it would bottomed out, so the other person would have to sit on the uncomfortable dining chairs. The shower pressure was very poor, and only 2 settings scalding hot/cold. You had to spend 3 mins getting the correct temperature then tag team with my partner to shower otherwise you had to start all over again, and there was a huge hole in the flyscreen on the window big enough for me to place my hand through (again I have photos). This meant we could only have the window open for a short time otherwise we'd get mozzies. The kitchen sink tap constantly dripped, annoying trying to sleep as could hear it through a closed door. Bed in the main room was smaller than expected so we made use of both rooms available. Mattresses are not the most comfortable. The carpet in the 2nd bedroom felt very gritty on foot. Told off for parking the car on grass when the whole caravan area was grass. Budget shouldn't mean dirty and broken....it should mean cheap and still be maintained.

The room was spacious, plenty of beds and more than enough for our family with 2 little kids to run around. The kitchen was well equiped and the location was excellent - close to restaurants and IGA.

Loved the cabin and it’s size. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Heating was very efficient. Verandah was cute and would be ideal in warmer weather.

Close enough to Jenolan caves. Quiet area.

Doors wouldn't close, not enough sheets, the sofa bed was only a lounge, so we couldn't use it. The electric blanket only worked on one side, so it's not good for winter.
