Only the view

The house was too small for 8 people, even for 6 it is too small !!! The bathroom was not three, there were two bathrooms but one of them was totally small. So, in the second floor you should share only one bathroom for three rooms, so bad experience. It is quite inappropriate for kids because the floor around the pool was so slippy. It is away from the beach and you should drive a car to reach the beach. We are really disappointed.

We didn't get the house that we had booked. We didn't want nor need the "upgrade" but would have preferred the villa we had booked for various reasons. The villa had max 90 square meters, instead of the 150 advertised.

The location is easy to find. It is a luxurious, clean location with a beautiful panorama to the sea. The beds are very comfortable. It has air conditioning which offers a great advantage during periods of heat. The outdoor pool successfully completes the beautiful stay at Soleado. We received from the hosts, periodically specific pies specific to Greece, which was very pleasant. Miss Nafsika from Soleado was a real help to us, she helped us solve our problems. Being a very busy period, he helped me to make reservations at the best restaurants in the area, he gave us directions about beautiful beaches and how we can get there. Last night we were overwhelmed by the fire in Fourka and she helped us with a transfer to Thessaloniki in the middle of the night and of course accommodation. Thank you Nafsika! Everything was perfect!

We rented the Verbena Villa (3.5 bedrooms) for 10 days for a group of 6 adults and one 2-year old child. Pros: - nice view - private pool (see more on that at cons) - somewhat generous out door space - outdoor shower - it is more private than a hotel, which is a plus during a pandemic - the wifi worked ok for 8 of the 10 days we were there. For 2 days it kept going out randomly, making it impossible to use - we received some complementary pastries one morning

- the pool was not cleaned before our arrival, and it would turn green you skin and bathing suit. We complained twice, and they did come and clean it, but we where still turning green. - there are only 2 toilets in a house that is advertised for up to 8 people. - broken toilet lid. It was changed upon the request, but the fact that it was already like that when we came was not something we expected - awfully small rooms (except the master bedroom). - NO HOT WATER during the late evenings and very low pressure in the mornings - NO WATER at all in the evening prior to the departure. We could not shower or wash the dishes before leaving. We were not offered any solution (not even some bottle of water to wash our teeth or the infant we had with us), just the explanation that the water is out in the village and it will come back in a few hours. It did not came back before we went to sleep. - we had trouble with the wifi for 2 days - we locked ourselves out while having a key with us (Yeah, that is totally doable there, and we had to figure out a way to solve that, as the hostess suggested we climb to the 1st level balcony using an improvisation of a small ladder, put on top of a table totally UNSAFE. She had close to 0 intentions to call a professional to solve the situation, saying it is Saturday, and more than that, who locks themselves out) - During the 10 days stay the place was cleaned only once, on the 3rd day. Additional cleaning was extra 30 Euros - A lot of ants in the yard and kitchen. - No shower gel, soap only at the sink. If you entered in the shower without taking the soap from the sink, you would have to get out of the shower with wet feet - the ACs were dripping water directly on the outside paving, making the floor eternally wet and slippery - only 2 sunbeds and 2 towels for them - downstairs bathroom small and cramped, with toilet under the stairs - the bed from the downstairs bedroom had a broken or bent support that would make the mattress tilt

Very nice modern villas and a great view! The hospitality from Nafsika was excellent! Highly recommended for families, couples and a group of friends! Super value for money as well!

Good staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, amazing sea view, impressive gardens, near the sea. A personal problem that we had was resolved quickly and efficiently by professional staff, for this, many thanks to them. To Soleado I will definitely return and most likely more than once.

The villas on the top had a great view both from the garden and the house. The most modern buildings in the area and with a very pleasant feel. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again. Konstantinos was a great host!

Bathrooms are a bit small

We had a fantastic time. The host Konstantinos was very very helpful and did a fantastic job. We would definetely come again!
