lovely spacious clean with brilliant facilities and a spectacular view

The Apartment was a little tired and could do with some updating. A Leather Sofa is not ideal in an apartment in the heat we had in June, around 35c daily.

the property was fabulous lovely apartment great location would have been better if we had 2 keys as being 5 of us was a bit of a pain as all had to be together.

some of the sheets looked as if been used and not washed with unpleasant stain on

Very clean and very helpful owner who showed us around the apartment. Bedding was nice and clean and bath/shower areas were spotless. The view from the balcony was superb too.

For me the height was an issue, 21st floor is a bit too high for me. But not a negative, It would be the reason why I wouldn’t book again.

Very well equipped, comfortable, great on time service / handover & collection of keys.

Stained pillows need to be changed, shower room could be cleaner & towels need a change. Needs an electric kettle

I am going to be very picky on one very small thing and that is even the kitchen facilities were excellent there wasn’t a Electric Kettle as it would have made our early morning cuppa a lot quicker But I will say we coped well with the gas stove whistle kettle

the property was very clean with everything that you would need for your holiday. Two good sized bedrooms, one en suite. The view from the glass enclosed terrace was to die for. I’ve never had a better view in an apartment in Benidorm before. Stunning.

Nothing. The only problem for anyone renting this accommodation would possibly be it’s location. It is up a hill and anyone that has problems walking might find it hard. That said there’s always a taxi!

The views were outstanding

I could just put the the view was stunning and leave it at that, but that's not enough words to meet the minimum, so here goes: Key collection was easy, as we were just moving from down the road we were offered early check in, the garage is safe and secure and although it's at the top of a hill, it's an easy stroll up and only 5 mins from the KFC at the end of the strip, so not a million miles away from town. If we ever come back we'll look to book again. A+
