Too little bathroom

Hotel very clean, we had very big room. Staff is very polite and helpful. There is a nice pool with a jacuzzi. Location good with walking distance to main visit points and restaurants.

The hotel is amazing. Reception staff is very professional, polite and friendly, especially Greta and Inesa. Highly recommend.

Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Emilia (in the Breakfast Buffet area). Centrally located and a lot of nearby parks and shops. Republic Square is just few minutes walk away. It stands along the quiet street so you can enjoy your sleep in a spacious room. We love the overall ambiance, cleanliness and the fresh smell of the room too. My kid complimented about it too. Loved the winter garden restaurant too.

None so far. It would have been great if housekeeping staffs can also basically communicate in English. Despite that gap, our request were addressed swiftly.

good clean hotel with tasty breakfast in the center of Yerevan. we booked Executive Suite and satisfied a lot with a room. room has mini bar with any kinds of drinks. hotel has restaurant and bar with room service. all main attractions are in a walking distance. recommend

Friendly and respectful staff, always eager to help. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, good soundproofing. Extremely convenient location, main landmarks reachable by foot. Very good breakfast, varies every day.

This is my second visit to Yerevan and I decided to stay at the same property. Best location, frendly stuff, large clean rooms and excelent breakfast. Without doubt will be my #1 choice in the future.

All stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Very good sound proofing. Nice furniture, bottles of water in the room, all kind of packages besides standard lotions and shampoo - shaving, dental, sewing kits etc. Hotel is on quite street in short walking distance from restaurants, groceries and attractions. On Sunday breakfast they served ghapama which was a very nice touch.

A/C was not able to keep up with the heat sometimes. Breakfast was decent but not much hot variety from day to day - same sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, No gym. Water in the pool was very cold.

not much variety in the breakfast. the room was clean but needs more follow up “the spoon and glasses were not washed daily, we used to clean it, towels were not changed daily”
