Really shabby, dirty, smelly, full of ants and cockroaches, you name it. This shouldn’t be on booking.com

The location was great. The space inside/outside.

Furniture (sofas, beds in particular) and kitchen equipment are getting old . Kitchen was poorly cleaned. The shower in the main room is nonsense: inundation guaranteed if used. Lighting in the living area is not good.

ideal location , close to the supermarket and the tram and a great bakery all within a 5 minutes walk or less.

There was only one toilet and there could have been more hand towels and a dishcloth . but the apartment was super clean

The apartment is quite central to Nice and close to public transport. It is a pretty apartment.

You could smell sewage and we found a couple of cockroaches and insects in the main bedroom. I would not personally go back to the apartment.

The house is big and there is plenty of room.

The toilets do not work nor did the sellar show any initiative in getting them fixed. We stayed for a week, and only had the toilet working for the first day. Unless you want to continuously go to the gas station for a dump, I would not recommend staying here.
