Alles da was man für eine. Urlaub braucht. Sogar Strandhandtücher und Strandschirm waren. Alles war sauber und für den Preis sowieso einfach wirklich toll.

Eigentlich alles top :) mir persönlich waren die „Decken“ zu dünn, aber hätten auf Nachfrage sicherlich nochmal welche bekommen.

Сподобався відпочинок у цій резиденції! Номер чистий, привітний господар порекомендував нам місця для відпочинку та ресторани з гарною їжею. Гарне розташування, недалеко від усіх необхідних зручностей. До моря можна дійти за 5-7хв. Приємними були деталі: наявність мінімального запасу для приготування їжі (сіль, олія, чай, навіть питна охолоджена вода в холодильнику), зонтик та покривала для пляжу, засоби від комарів в кімнаті. Вайфай працював відмінно. Дуже сподобалося відпочивати тут!

Good location, it’s located not so far from a city center and the beaches, the host was very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed makes some noise when you turn from one side to another side. We had issue dealing with hot/cold water.

Andrea and his father were very helpful. We arrived 4 hours early, and they didn't hesitate to make the apartment clean and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, with a parking place inside the courtyard, a small terrace, Wi-Fi, TV, a kitchenette, including cooled water and coffee. The bathroom was also fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, shower cream—in short, everything we needed. Thank you!

(Rating was based on price range) Location was great, if you come with a car, there is parking, if not, there are nearby bus and train stations to move around the coast or go to Rome (train goes hourly, and it costs 3.5€, 70mins to main train station in Rome). On foot, it takes about 8-10 min to the nearest beach, which is also great. There are basic shops nearby. All the facilities work and are in good condition. WiFi is very good. If you like to cook, the kitchen has all you need, if not, there are a lot of good restaurants in Anzio. There is enough of towels and sheets. Everything is clean. The host is an easy going guy, there would be no problems.

Our apartment was looking at the street, so no "view", and it can be a little noisy with windows open. There is a great potential for a rooftop terrace, but it is used only for drying laundry.

We found the owner was really helpful and prompt. It was quiet , clean and convenient to city centre . Good size and great for what we needed - would stay again
