Nice room

It was very loud music all night long, couldn’t sleep

during the nights it gets noisy. also the rooms were smaller, not much space to move around. staff is excellent and breakfast was nice.

The location is very good. I think he hearts of everything. Which is also the bad part. It’s closed for vehicles at some times of the day so getting an uber you have to walk a couple blocks to meet up.

Friday and Saturday nAda HJR SUPER noisy. The hotel gives you ears plugs and a little radio but it doesn’t really work. You have 2 opciones go tons leer getting used to the noise or just go out romperte and come back smashed and don’t care about the 5 bars next to you.

In general, at night, one can hear the noise coming from the bars but in my case I slept well. It was just one night and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is located near few clubs, and in the middle floor the noise was unbearable! The noise was until 3-4 in the morning..

-The stuff was good. Luis was very helpful and professional. -The jacuzzi - The toiletries. -Thw room was excellent. Good premises.

-Unfortunately. If you are looking for a hotel to relax and have a pleasant rest at night time; the location is not convenient for it. -We couldn't sleep at all. Even though they supplied a sleep noise machine and we wore our noise cancelling headphones to try to block the hideous noise from the streets, it wasn't possible. The music didn't stop until almost 5 AM. It is a noisy area at night time with bars and pubs all around the building.

The staff, really good persons. Thanks to luis, the day guy, and the night guy, they help me a lot. medellin have nice places.

The staff was very helpful, thanks to luis for help us. The breakfast specially delicious. The area could be very very noisy, but at check in they let you know.

No much noise in the area, the Hotel should install noise reduction windows

Perfect Location with nice restaurants and disco clubs by walking distance, Hotel Deco, nice views and very comfortable Beds.

If you are trying to sleep It can get very noisy at night with all the clubs around, but I guess its a hotel more for people that like to party and enjoy night life.

The breakfast was 5stars and the service couldn’t be better. Hope to come back soon. Luis and the other guys were really nice.

Excellent location

The place has an amazing view, friendly staff, we were able to communicate in English & Spanish at the same time. Facility was clean all the time. Special compliments to the guys @ front desk.

The staff was incredible. The rooms are very nice. Everything was good. It’s in a nice location but once again, the staff was amazing.

it just gets a little noisy at night because of the music being played by the bars. But if you use earplugs, it’s fine.

The front desk kept trying to coordinate a time “clean our mattress” during our stay which was strange and inconvenient. Also, the room needs curtains or blinds. The window is very bright at night from the street. This made sleeping difficult.

The hotel is new and very nice, the description "boutique" is definitely fitting. The staff was incredibly nice and offered to write us a list of restaurants they recommend in the area. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

The location. It is right in the middle of a party street with different music blasting from each establishment until 3am in the morning making it difficult to sleep. To be fair, the property did contact me as soon as I booked advising about this fact and offered to change my booking to a sister hotel, so I knew what I was getting myself into. For those who come to party in Medellin, the location is perfect.

Everything in medellin is absolutelly nice. Epic hotel and the staff is amazing thanks ti the maids and luis the frontdesk guy. They helped to me all the time i needed it. And the rooms, so comfortable.

This is a nice hotel that is part of a number of chain hotels in Medellín. The staff is very friendly and tries to be very helpful. Location is very close to everything even though staff was not very knowledgeable about close restaurants.

The problem is if you're planning on sleeping, then this is not the hotel for you. The noise is not coming from outside, you actually feel that the noise is in your room. Upon arrival, the safe in the room did not work. There was no chair so you can use the table or the desk. Bed was shaky every time my partner moved, I woke up because I felt a whole bed shaking. The ceiling leaked when it was raining hard. TV did not work had to call staff to fix it. But all in all the rooms for the purpose.
