Wie immer hat uns wieder alles sehr gut gefallen.Fantastische Lage und tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen war vorzüglich.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Vom anliegenden Pferdestall ist nichts zu hören und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Direkt beim Hotel ist ein kleiner See und ein Wald wo man einen erholsamen Spaziergang machen kann. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, welche kostenfrei sind.

Beautiful setting and amazing room. So stunning!

The check in staff were quite rude and not very interested. This same girl later served in the restaurant and remained unhappy. The food in the restaurant was also below par. I ordered a seafood pasta where the prawns were cold and the pasta way over cooked and soggy. When I complained the food was cooked even more so the pasta was inedible but no offer of a new dish or anything. It was disappointing when the hotel was so beautiful

Clean, attentive to details, welcoming staff :) Finally, a good hotel with coffee machine, water, selection of tea, clean bedsheets and towels, and a bathroom without mold. Good Wi-Fi. Great, very welcoming staff. They have introduced sweet pastry to the breakfast the very next morning after my request. Thank you!

Everything was great! The only small thing is: I am not a smoker, so a vending machine with cigarettes on my floor, and ashtray on the balcony were just not pleasant (felt a bit like 2007).

This is one of my favorite hotels . Great staff ,rooms , facilities and surroundings. I highly recommend it .

location is superb, great restoration of the estate, good spot for hikes, close to the highway

rooms may be a bit on the small side and it can be noise early in the mornings due to the adjoining horse facilities (which are not part of the hotel)

Very tastefully renovated accommodation which is kept in order by the household personnel. The beds are very comfortable and sanitary areas well lit and hygienic. restaurant staff are very pleasant and receptive to guests wishes. Restaurant prices are city prices, with good quality ingredients.

Unfortunately rooms which face the inner parking areas (stables) are going to be troubled by moving vehicles at all times and early morning tractors and stationary hgv vehicles which service the paddocks around the courtyard. With windows closed and ear protection one can sleep through the exterior noise, but rooms 105, 106, 107 can be troublesome as the cleaning ladies also start up in this area.

We stayed only a night while travelling through, so what we noted most were the incredibly comfortable beds, the overall quality of all the fittings in the room and the excellent breakfast buffet.

A recently renovated hotel which gives visitors a premium feel. Parking is on site and the hustle and bustle of the nearby roads cannot be heard. Hearty greeting upon arrival with clear instructions for the facilities. We had 3 suites, all of which were individually styled with comfort and accessibility at the forefront. The front office, restaurant and auxiliary personnel are proficient and efficient, with a personal touch. This is a noteworthy location for sleep/eat/recreation.

Navigation has difficulty getting to the main gate. Maybe a larger sign at the head of the driveway, or elsewhere close by.

Everything about my stay was exceptional and I was already looking forward to write this review. I actually just booked the hotel because I needed to stop in between Amsterdam and Bremen, but this hidden gem is worth travelling to on its own! So happy I had some more time to explore the beautiful surrounding with the hiking path and garden as well as spend some time at the restaurant and hotel itself. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming - from the receptionist, to the very attentive service in the restaurants. Also, I have been surprised by the quality of the restaurant, which was outstandingly delicious and very cozy to sit in the evening outside on the terrace with all the spherical little lights. The whole style of the hotel is sophisticated-modern despite the historic background with a personal touch that takes into account the close proximity to the stud range. I loved the details and felt home even though it was just for one night. Everything was perfectly clean and the beds slept great. I will for sure come back and can highly recommend the stay to everyone (AND you can bring your dog!)
