Die Unterkunft kann man auch als Büro verwenden (Wi-Fi funktioniert, Büro-/Wohn-Utensilien sind vorhanden etc.). Sehr einladender Garten.

Luminosa, ampia, ben pulita e confortevole, ottima la posizione, disponibile al massimo a dare informazioni, molto accogliente Constance.

Very good location, close to public transport
Owner- awaited us on our late arrival, quick replies on messages, suggested places for meals which we used and rated as very good on price and quality. Also allowed by us to keep our luggage in the property after check out time due to late flight times

The owner is really nice and helpful. We travel with our 3 kids and there is enough space for everyone. Lovely garden! Nearby from a metro station to the city center and airport. Also nearby from restaurants.
It says included breakfast but for the adults there is really only butter, jam, milk and juice. But a nice touch from the owner was chocolate corn flakes for the kids!

Location, amenities and space.
The included breakfast was in the fridge (ham, milk, cheese, butter, jam) and we could make our own every day. There was a microwave and a small stove to adapt for our needs every morning. Coffee was available on in the cupboard.

Bathroom was small. And bathroom corners was covered with rot/grease. Also breakfast was not served, but it was self served - what was left in refrigerator for us for 4 days. But overall the loft was good, but not luxurious.

The host was flexible and helpful. We arrived earlier than checkin time and he arranged the room for us. Leaving Athens our flight was late in the evening and we could leave our luggage in the apartment.

Location is safe good for any transport method. Metro is near. The loft is well equiped. Furniture and style are nice.
The breakfast which does not meet continental european expectations. Cleanliness must be improved. The bath and the kitchen are very small. If they took care of details we would have liked even more. And I think the title luxourious is too much for it, but it ist still a good choice in comparison with other properties in this price range!

Beautiful and cozy apartment with a tropical garden, fast internet and conveniently located. Supermarket and restaurants are just around the corner.

Very comfortable, private and cozy apartment! Great neighbourhood and very close to a metro station. Host was extremely nice, friendly and easy to reach. Responded very fast and gave us restaurant tips :) I definitely recommend it!

There was no breakfast served. We had to call the owner (the number in Booking is not correct!) although we arrived exactly as told.

Quiet neighborhood, close to metro station, 6 stops to Acropolis or 5 to Sintagma square.

Perfect for couple / family while visiting Athens by car. Good location close to very nice tavernas, easy to navigate through the Acropolis by car, free parking spaces on the street, separate entrance in the building. Backyard small and cozy garden is perfect for the morning coffee. Thank you Vassilli

Our host, Vasille was the best! He recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood and helped us find open COVID19 testing during a Greek holiday. He was very helpful with finding us a laundromat and even brought a huge breakfast. There were also 3 cute kittens that came to visit us in the wonderful garden. The garden was the perfect place to have morning coffee or an evening drink.

Amazing property located in one of the nicest areas of Athens. The loft is fresh and clean and the interior design is very modern. The breakfast consists of marmalade, butter, milk, coffee, tea , cereal etc. and the host is very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay in this apartment!
