The rooms in the condo are large and can comfortably sleep 8 people. There is plenty of furniture and a view of the ocean. There are many dishes and good pots and pans, even a pan for roasting, though no potholders. The host was very apologetic about the issue with us having initially been given the wrong keys to the condominium and had the correct ones delivered to us quickly. Very glad there was a washing machine.

The shower head that was broken in 2019 is still broken and is not usable. All 12 chairs were on top of the tables and all need to be moved to use. One table was in the middle of the living room blocking the tv. But it turns out the tv did not work- batteries cover on the remote is broken-we taped it closed but it still did not work. Shutters closed, fridge off, no garbage bags, no paper towel, no dish cloth, no dishwashing liquid, no bathroom trash can. No heater. This apartment would be okay for a long summer rental where you bring in all supplies but sorry to report it is not really “turn-key”.

The apartment is spacious, the location is perfect (Diamante can be visited on foot) and a parking space on the premises behind a gate. Breakfast is actually just a snack, but it's a nice add-on nonetheless.

The apartment needs to be renovated, it looks better in the photos than in real life. The balcony chairs in the photos weren't there, the toilet brush was missing (!!), the toilet lid didn't fit, the shower head was broken and the water splashed from the side, which made showering quite difficult. The washing machine plug did not match the socket. The smallest bedroom is very unpleasant and looks like a dormitory in Eastern Europe in the 90s (and I know what I'm talking about). To be honest, I don't understand the 10s reviews, the apartment is very far from a 10. On our 3 month trip to Italy most of the other apartments were in better condition.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartment was strategic for a quite stay close to Diamante

Very spacious apartment right next to the ocean and downtown yet quiet and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and super clean. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is at the cafe down the street and perfect. Highly recommend this place, especially for a family!

The weather was cold and wet and it would have been nice to have heat but not common in the south here so not really a complaint.

Great location, very clean and spacious nice flat overlooking the sea.
