Die Lage zur Autobahn ist unschlagbar. Die Kombination aus Tanken, Essen und Schlafen ist super! Ein toller Biergarten mit TV für die EM Spiele. Ein Doppelbett reserviert und bekommen! Mit Kleinkind super! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass mein Schnitzel mit Jägersauce auch mit einer Rahmsauce serviert worden wäre. Nur Pilze in Wassersud bringen keinen Geschmack.

2 Zimmer, die mit Verbindungstüre als Familienzimmer nutzbar waren.
Die Rezeption lag vom Hotel entfernt in der Kasse der Tankstelle.

Rezeption ist an der Tankstelle, Personal ist in der Freundlichkeit sehr unterschiedlich, wenig persönlich, ich lege aber darauf keinen Wert, will nur gut schlafen und duschen

It was close to the ausfahrt. The room was clean.
The reception seem like they hate their job. The key cards didn’t work. So we had to get new ones. Walked past three different families with same problem. Then when we got in, the power went out after 2 min… this they did not care at all about. We went to talk with them, called, went back again… and again… after 1 hour 40 min someone came to turn the switch to fix the power. Then after dinner.. the door key stopped working again. After 7 hours driving and 2 weeks on the road … it was a nightmare of a night. Oh and the bed was horrible and uncomfortable and not one soap or water.

No aircondition in the rooms. When we arrived the door could not lock! Luckily we found out before going to sleep. Adjacent to truck parking. Engines/reefers running all night so we could not have the windows open/half open. The hallways smelled clean and the rooms were fine but there was a foul smell from the bathroom. Extremely poor WiFi!!

I needed a hotel stay which was right next to the autobahn en route to Denmark. This was fulfilled perfectly.
The staff was rude. We ordered a double bed room and got a two single bed room. I complained and he made it very difficult for me to get what I payed for. Also the rooms were non smoking rooms and I’m allergic to cigarettes. The first room smelled so bad from tobacco, that I’m happy it was the wrong room so we could get a new one. Also, there was no warm water only luke warm to shower in. And the drain smelled like a rotten ass…..

It was close to the motorway but quite. The beds were comfortable and rooms big.

The room was clean and warm. Plenty of car parking space, and some big supermarkets nearby. Directly off the motorway junction, so no messing around with maps!
All you can eat breakfast service was great.
There is no receptionist at the hotel. You must go to the Shell garage to find the check in desk, which is not so obvious (and not nice if it is raining). This also poses a bit of a security risk for lone travelers, as 'undesirables' could get in to the room areas. (Although having said that, this did not seem like a crime hotspot).
Evening meal can be bought in the same garage, and breakfast is served there.

Convenient and very alright stay nearby the highway. Easy and fast checkin- checkout. Silent room despite the location...
If you adjust expectations to Motel level - nothing to dislike ...

Hotel rooms were clean. The offsite staff in the connecting restaurant and fuel area were very helpful and pleasant.
There are no onsite staff apart from daily cleaners. Reception was 100m walk away in garage area. Rear rooms overlook a lorry park and are noisy pariicularly in hot weather when rooms need cool air and drivers run engines for aircon.

It was very clean and has a convenient location when traveling.
The pitfall of the convenient location (Autohof) was the noise of trucks and cars at the adjacent gas station.
If you want breakfast, you need to book it the night before otherwise the price is higher.

40 mins wait before checking in, long queue, only one staff to do the check in, cash up the petrol from the gas station, poor employee..🤦🏻
She had to do everything all together by herself, the boss should be ashamed.
