The building is beautiful and the room was clean and private but there were big problems that were not resolved.

There was some electrical issue that caused major problems: -the room had a bright overhead light that was impossible to turn off, and because of the electrical issues, it flashed for the ENTIRE night, like a strobe in a disco. Impossible to sleep through it. -there was no heat at all and I was freeeeezing all night -no hot water either -no wifi -no electricity at all except for the flashing strobe light -also, parking is NOT included as it says in the ad. It's 10 euros extra and you can forget about parking on the street. No available parking except the one that costs 10 euros. In the end, after much discussion, they gave me a TEN euro discount for all of the above problems, and I still paid 48 euros to stay in a room that was freezing cold with no electricity or hot water. Completely horrible. The staff was super nice about it but the electrical issues made it so that I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Seriously. And the "free breakfast" is just a cup of coffee, a very small juice, and a pastry.

More choice, a menu in English or Spanish - waitress didn’t speak English so we were unclear what was on offer.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location in this historic city. Breakfast was adequate with superb orange juice.

Extortionate parking charge of 10 Euros per night. Prices for Parking should be shown on the listing. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known the extra cost for parking

Good location and value. The room was in a shared living room where other guests were arguing really loud. Bar service just so so, breakfast great and the fact of having the living room was nice.

Sadly the roof leaked in the hallway- loud dripping during a rainstorm. That roof should be repaired ASAP. (See pic of water bucket in hall).

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was very comfortable with a large lounge area with tv, sofa and armchairs. WiFi was fast in our room. Extra bedding was available. Excellent value for money including breakfast. We didn't get to explore much due to bad weather and it was only an overnight stay.

A wonderful find, hotel has lots of charm, staff lovely, location excellent for bars but quiet, private secure parking paid and the room was the best we have stayed in this week. Will definately return to this hotel if we are passing
