Безконтактне заселення пройшло добре. Гарне розташування готелю . В кімнаті є кухонні прибори-холодильник , чайник,кавоварка, посуд,електроплита. Хто залщаджує на ресторанах чи кафе , то можна щось смачненьке приготувати самостійно.
Зручні ліжка. Гарна шумоізоляція .

Unkomplizierte Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe. Zentrale Lage. Gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. Nahe der Altstadt, kurze Wege.
Optisch hat uns die Wohnung auch gefallen.
Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlte eine Pfanne und Besteck. Die Heizung lief nicht an, obwohl wir Mitte Oktober da waren. Der Fön funktionierte nicht.
Code zur Erhaltung des Hausschlüssels wurde zu spät zugesandt. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr beschwerlich.

The stay was excellent. Room had everything that you could possibly need. Location is great, you can reach almost all attractions by foot. The street is very quiet despite being located in the heart of the city.

Shower drain was slow, water was accumulating on the shower floor. Curtains did not darken the room. (These were just minor issues)

We enjoyed being right in the middle of this charming town in a comfortable and clean room. It is an excellent deal for the money.
The handbook/text messages were only in German and we could have used a little English to help with us figure out the parking situation faster. Also, the town clocks chime throughout the night, so if visitors are light sleepers, they should keep windows closed and bring earplugs.

We stayed in Görlitz several times in the last year. Usually there is a lot of rooms to choose from, but this time filming took place in town and nearly everything was booked because the crew had to stay somewhere. So I thought there is nothing good left but I was surprised to find this gem. We got a room on the ground floor but is was not on the street level, it overlooked the small outside area in the back. It was a big, clean and nicely fitted family room and a spacious bathroom with shower. Internet access was working flawlessly. We did not use the kitchen nor required parking. I paid twice the money for rooms in town that were not better. The whole communication with the hosts took place via email and text messages.

We like the location with parking option just at the edge of the wonderful old town with brilliant dining options. The hosts were excellent and the room facilities superb. We would love to stay again.

Room is cold. One of the heater in the room is broken. It is difficult if you have big heavy luggages because of the location.
