The room was vey nice and spacious. They went above and beyond for our little baby in his meals, his sleeping arrangements. They provided great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was incredibly kind.

The shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor. This was the only negative.

The location is perfect, a few steps from the city center, the hotel owners are very kind e welcoming, we felt at home with them. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

One big disappointment was the breakfast, 25EUR per person for a very simple breakfast, definitely not worth it, they have to improve that, or make it cheaper.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. I could not fault a thing. The decor was stunning and I felt like I was staying in a castle. The owners were super sweet and helpful. Don’t stay anywhere else in Aix!

it was advertised as a hotel but is really only a room in the family‘s home. Very clever photography made it seem a lot bigger. although the family and their 3 children are very friendly we were not comfortable sharing their home

The location was convenient to everything. The staff were very warm and friendly and did everything to please us. Breakfast was lovely and we often sat on the outdoor terraces. Percy Taylor deserves the highest review. He literally saved our trip! Our first room didn't have hot water and the sink faucets were difficult to turn. The owners were away for the time we were there and Percy and the owner's daughter (Leah) did everything they could to help us. They changed our room (much better) although the shower flooded if one stayed in it too too long. It is a charming boutique hotel in many ways but needs attention to creature comforts. Percy took us under his wing and made sure we had a great experience.

Delightful and welcoming though our hosts were, the experience was tinged by a pervading sense of having stumbled into someone's family home. That's fine - as the hosts were charming and kind and the house is lovely but it was not quite what we were lead to expect. This accommodation does not come cheap however and yet there were a number of shortcomings in our room and relation to its servicing that one would not anticipate at the price. The checkout procedure in particular was pretty farcical.

the property was a stunning renovated palace. the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. luxurious as well. Anthony and Margherita who own the property were helpful, cool and welcoming. Baptiste was sweet and kind. I’ll definitely return for another stay.
