My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this little condo. Some things to keep in mind that aren't obvious from the listing: the neighbor's balcony is pretty close. You can definitely overhear their convos and vice versa. The balcony has a pretty view of a valley, but you can NOT see the lake from the house at all. However, if you walk about 100 feet down the parking lot, then the view of the lake is gorgeous. Location wise, the house is a bit far. You have to drive down the mountain to get almost anywhere worth going. There is a little market and a coffee shop on the way down the mountain. The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived which was unfortunate because all the linens were white. However, everything else looked clean enough. The hottubb was amazing with a great view of the night sky, and there are movies and games available. (We watched The Princess Bride). The real reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Elias himself. He was a great communicator and made the whole stay very easy and stress free. P.S. There are bidets. They are scary. They lift automatically when you walk by. Beware!

Great property! Enjoyed time with my family over July 4th weekend! Enough space for 5 adults. Place was beautiful and had everything we needed! A short drive to Heavenly Village abs the casinos. Elias was great and easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to review higher but unfortunately numerous things went wrong. When I booked this place, the pictures made it seem very cabin like; the full interior was wood. The pictures were changed literally the hour of check in and everything was painted white. People might say who cares but I was really looking forward to that cabin feel. My boyfriend said they might have just re-did it but it was very clear it was not fresh paint so it just seems a bit deceiving to not even let me know of these changes but to also change the pictures hours before check in. We pulled in at 3 which was check in time and instructions were never made available. I had to repeatedly call the host to figure out how to get in and my group had plans shortly after so it was really inconvenient. Check in/wifi & check out instructions were listed as “not currently available” for the entire stay. My boyfriend and I stayed in the room with the bathroom. This place has no central air and every room had a fan but ours which made the room really hot. We did have to extend our check out and Elias was very accommodating.

Recently remodeled with vibe of Tahoe basecamp. And Japanese toilets! We love the big rain style shower head. Great location and view for a quiet family spring break. We did run into some WiFi internet issue, but it fixed itself after some time. Host is very communicative.

Everything was great. Our only recommendation being that it was summer and hot and without A/C would be to add a screen on the exterior door of the bedroom behind the kitchen to create better airflow at night. The other bedroom had a big window which made it cooler. The condo was great, good kitchen and supplies, nice living area with excellent view.

Awesome location, we had a wonderful time here. The host was amazing and always available to answer any questions or give us recommendations. Lifts to Heavenly are super close and convenient, and what's better than hot tubbing right off the mountain. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Condo was exactly as the listing showed on vrbo. Owner was very nice and responded thanks my emails/questions promptly. Would stay there again.

The condo was very cozy with many upgrades and amenities.. fabulous view...well stocked.. the ow er was especially helpful and cooperative...our stay was perfect with exception of one small problem that the owner immediately rectified... would definitely rebook when in the area

Came for a 5 day stay. Owner was great in suggesting what to do while here in Lake Tahoe. Will definitely come back.

Place was perfect size for 4-5 people. Stayed there in July. The evening's were nice and cool so kept the windows open. Did get a little warm during the day if you are use to AC. Place was quaint and had everything we needed for our stay. Elisa was amazing to work with. Made sure to check in with us at beginning, middle and end of trip to see if we had everything we needed and if we had any questions along with recommendations! We did see some trash outside around the property but it looked like a bear came to visit. However, inside was nice and clean and just as it was described. We plan on coming back and will definitely try to book this place again!

Great location! Close to South Lake Tahoe restaurants, casinos, shops etc. Condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and had great suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops!

Contact with Elias was easy. The property was super clean with a great view of the surrounding area. The location was perfect for traveling back and forth between South Lake Tahoe. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this property.

We stayed here with our 2 girls. Beds were very comfortable and loved the hot tub. The kitchen had everything necessary. Loved it!

Our family of 4 had the chance to stay at this listing. Sometimes when you rent a place on line based on the posted photos, you really don't know if it will turn out to be just as appealing as listed. Well this unit is more than what pictures can show of the real beauty and comforts that are provided. The morning and evening views are truly picturesque. The beds are super comfortable and definitely upgraded linens make for deep sleep after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was really a plus, especially being steps out the front door. The Owner was very attentive to our needs and when we had a concern or a question, there was no delay in response. She really went above and beyond to make our stay remembered

The cabin is so beautiful and cozy with high-end finishes, and very comfy beds too! The owners were extremely helpful with the whole process and very responsive. When a blizzard and weather advisory hit, they were very understanding and accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night. The cabin is in a great location too, close to everything, with a market and restaurant within walking distance too which was convenient. Would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again!

What an amazing condo! Beautifully appointed, couch and beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental! Incredible view, fantastic gas fireplace, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!
