Complete kitchenware & peaceful. Property near pool & playground.

The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the information on the laminated paper didn’t match the actual Wi-Fi available. We tried contacting both the person in charge and Booking.com but received no response. Their Netflix and YouTube weren’t working either. Thankfully, we brought our laptop and used our phone hotspot to connect to the TV and enjoy Netflix and YouTube. It's now been 24 hours since we checked out, and we still haven't received a reply.

Room was clean and tidy.

Wasn't informed my room had been changed and when had to wait an hour after a 40 hour flight. Signing tenancy forms for a cheaper room and no reason why as to the room had changed. Smell of burning garbage from the decks and on the rules advised pool is an additional 200 pesos for adults

This condo doesnt offer breakfast

I think the pool pump was down. Pool water was green. The treadmill in gym wasn't working two different times that i went

Location is near shopping malls

I informed the caretaker about cockroach infestation in the bathroom and kitchen area. I also bought insect spray as i couldnt stand it and my partner was bitten by a cockroach. Toilet equipments should be changed regularly, it wont cost that much, esp. toilet seats, brushes etc. There is no parking space allocated for the renter.

The location ,the gym, pool and staff are great.
