Private yet relatively close to the central part of Soller. Great pool and terrasse, good kitchen and two good double rooms as well two single rooms. Pool is large and nice. Lemons can be picked straight off the trees in the garden.

Kitchen very poorly equipped and lacks basic kitchenware. Furniture, especially outdoor, in need of and upgrade/replacement.

The location was the absolute best part. Although we liked the house, we thought it needed a little TLC. The house has so much potential. The pool was lovely, the outdoor facility was nice but in need of some sprucing up. It was nice making our lemon water everyday. The views are amazing but the construction nearby was a little disappointing. The price for the week was good for the size of the house. The house photographs beautifully. Silke was great and very helpful

TV gave us a hard time during our stay. The mosquitoes were unbearable. We had to set up the table tennis ourselves. The outdoor furniture was just thrown everywhere so we had to set it up. The upstairs bathroom water pressure was not so good. All were minor issues so we didn’t make a big deal about it.

Fantastic house with great pool. Perfect location, easily walkable to the town centre. Stunning garden full of lemon trees. There is on-site parking (small car recommended).

We could not make the wifi work. We had to specificaly request pool towels and got them on third day of our stay. It did not spoil our stay though and we had a great time.

Loved the spacious balcony terrace which has spectacular views of the mountains. Great location for walking into town. Spa supermarket is very close. Bedrooms all comfortable enough. Very private with own lemon grove and plenty of parking. Lots of space around pool with comfortable loungers. Silke, the host, was very helpful.

Upstairs shower gets no hot water and barely any water at all. Balcony sofa needs replacing and one outside armchair on the photo was no longer there. Kitchen could be better equipped. No kettle and just one dish towel and no hand towel. An information pack would be good.

The pool is amazing, the location is great, the terrace is super nice!

The top floor shower did not work.

Lovely clean pool, lovely balcony, perfect location to explore Soller (only 5 mins walk to the main square), Silke (the Host) was helpful throughout our stay and during booking process.
