Front desk and room service was marvellous, shout out to Eric and Florence for their impeccable service. We had a free upgrade to a grand room and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Book the rooms with the bathtubs if you can! Also, we love the toiletries from Grown Alchemist. We joined their Historic tour and it was interesting to learn how they revamped the premises. Would be better if they shared some ‘before’ photos as well. I would come to HK again just to stay at The Murray. So far, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

chambre N3 très spacieuse avec vue sur la cathédrale. accès au Cassia Lounge proposant de très belles prestations ( Ruinart à discrétion...). Personnel aux petits soins. je connais très bien Hongkong et j'avoue avoir été séduit par cet hôtel que je recommande

Peut être la lounge Cassia que je trouve un peu austère sans charme.

Das. Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl an europäischen und chinesischen Gerichten, wunderbares Obst, sehr guter Kaffee und Tee. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, man fühlte sich willkommen geheißen!

Auf Kaffee und Tee beim Frühstück musste man teilweise länger warten, vielleicht kam der Barista an der Kaffeemaschine der Flut der Bestellungen nicht nach. Aber das wirklich da einzige, was man bemängeln konnte.

Swimming pool is little bit small.

It’s location , the breakfast, the Cassia lounge, the cleanliness, the staff ….. all so good!! Oh and the Portuguese tarts ❤️

The Murray is Opulent and Classy. Our stay was an Exclusive Experience, and staff made us feel at home. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary and the Hotel went out of its way with complimentary balloons and delicious cake for our celebration. The rooms are very spacious with lots of amenities and qreat locations.
