The facilities and location are good.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Very nice and cosy apartment, a little small, but still enough space. Newly renovated with a great design, very clean and comfortable. The bed on top is comfortable and the feeling like in a 5* hotel:)) Also location is great, old town, shops and transport connections - everything is close.

A little staff on the kitchen, no spoons, etc.

The apartment was very dirty, hair and rubbish were on the floor. The head of the hose in the shower was completely broken. The sofa bed was smelly and broken, nobody could sleep on it. Dissapointed. Not worth the money.

The place was not cleaned. There was left over food in the fridge, stains on the counters that could have been wiped and the garbage was not taken out.

The location is very good, the room was clean, there was 24/7 reception.

We had booked a room for 3 people (one person was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed). In our original apartment the sofa bed was broken - you couldn't even sit on it - and towels were only provided for two people. When we informed the receptionist about it, we were provided a new apartment (first we had to prove that we had booked ours indeed for 3 people), with a lot more comfortable sofa bed, but again - towels and bedding just for two. Also the room was very hot, and the area very noisy.

All other things was perfect and stuff was helpful
