Centrally located and very comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast.

There was quite a loud music coming from outside in the evening (from the historical city center with bars). The hotel kindly provided the earplugs and we slept very well.

It was very clean and comfortable the room was spacious and nice.

The location

We changed the room twice. First room had a very dirty floor, bad smell and it was impossible to believe that this hotel followed all sanitary measures they mentioned in the booking description. After explaining how bad the room is, they changed it to another one who smelled better but had hair on the shower floor and a disgusting chair in the room. The breakfast was very poor and cold (bacon, mushrooms, etc). Value for money - we will never come back in this hotel.

Расположение, рядом есть все необходимое. Персонал готов помочь и выручить по любому вопросу. Рядом есть трамвай и автобус, что позволяет быстро добраться на центра. Есть открытый бассейн с террасой.

Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но есть все необходимое. Мало еды для детей, но и тут можно попросить у персонала блинчики, например. Попасть в ресторан вечером проблема, надо непонятно насколько заранее заказывать стол.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always my first choice in Bucharest!

I wish we had at least one small window that we could open inside the room for some fresh air.

The location, short walking distance to public transportation, many sights and food places nearby. My number one priority in a lodging is comfort room: sleepily bed and rejuvenating shower. Not only they exceeded my expectations, this hotel provided a gym and laundromat. Also, food was delicious that I tried many things from their menu.

Food prices was a bit expensive.

Location was perfect, just round the corner from all the bars and restaurants. About 30 mins taxi from the airport, traffic dependant! Room was super clean and very spacious. Shower was lovely and clean with great water pressure. The pick up point for most trips was about a 3 min walk. Would highly recommend and would stay again if to visit Bucharest again

La zona dell'hotel è fantastica, sei a 5 minuti a piedi da ogni attrazione del centro. Personale molto cordiale, hanno saputo aiutarmi con ogni mia richiesta, in particolare quella di aggiungere un topper al materasso per renderlo più confortevole

Non sono sicura al 100%, ma alla terza notte non ho più ritrovato un bracciale di valore che avevo lasciato nella camera, non custodito in cassaforte. lascio il beneficio del dubbio ma mi è dispiaciuto molto non trovarlo più

Pretty much everything was perfect. The location was great and great value for money. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed something. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Nice view over the bank of Romania. I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked nice from the outside. The two Daniels were great on reception and also Sabina. Nice gym also. Would come back.

Great location in the Old Town, 2min walking distance to a number of restaurants, cafes, bars and Metro line as well. Staff super friendly, clean room, excellent service and free water every day.

The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of old town. With everything within walking distance, it made exploring so convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully designed and clean.

While offering commendable amenities, this hotel slightly overreaches in pricing compared to its counterparts. Despite this, its central location and attentive service may justify the expense for some travelers.

this is not what you can expect from a Hilton Hotel. this place is more like a chicken coop , or whats called "butic hotel" designed to exploit every cubic centimeter to extract money. too many rooms. big windows that are not opening. no porches. they didnt change the bed sheets before i entered. facilities are very basic.

The location was great and the general feel and staff were amazing.

Unfortunately during our stay there was an issue with the air conditioning system which meant the room was quite warm.
