Locatie is perfect. Hotel is gelegen in de nabijheid van bars en restaurants. Alles is binnen de 500m bereikbaar. Sauna in kamer is ook aangenaam.
Ontbijt viel zwaar tegen. Ontbijt was niet in hotel maar in een hostel in de buurt. Basic, basic. Nooit hebben wij dergelijk ontbijt gehad in het verleden en we hebben wel al 50 bestemmingen gedaan in ons leven. Ontbijt was geregeld via hotel tijdens de boeking. Ook NOOIT een transfer aanvragen via hotel van vlieghaven naar hotel: wij hebben 4x de normale prijs betaald. Als wij het meldden werd er gewoon gezegd dat dit normaal is voor een private transfer. 120€ hebben wij betaald in de plaats van 30€. Dit is voor ons pure diefstal en bedrog. Wij hadden vol vertrouwen de transfer geregeld via hotel omdat dit meestal de beste optie is. Hier dus helemaal niet en ook helemaal geen begrip wanneer je hen op het bedrog wijst zowel tijdens het verblijf als bij vertrek.

The decor was great, it had a good homely feel. The sauna attached to the bathroom was great, and the instructions for it were easy to use. The hotel was well located - a very short walk to the centre and a nearby 24 hour supermarket.
The baggage storage could be better signposted and perhaps in a more secure part of the building.

The suite was very cozy, the selection of colors, furniture and materials was great. I felt like home, it made me feel calm.
I enjoyed the sauna very much as well, its condition was perfect. The location of the hotel was very good, in a walking distance from the center.

The location was perfect close to everything and bus stop about 4 minutes away to Santas Village, the room had everything we could possibly need, the sauna was a lovely touch, the lady who checked us in was so helpful and lovely. Sleds available to borrow and return for small kids which was great.

We booked the apartment for three adults. But the most that can fit are 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. There were not even doors between the rooms. And the sauna could only be used by 2 people, certainly not by 3.

There is everything you need in the apartment. The bed is not so comfortable and no double duvet.

Great helpful staff, extremely clean and well appointed rooms, great location. No doubt about it the best value in Rovaniemi. It will be our go to place to stay for now on.

Good location, easy to catch the Santa bus from outside the Artic City hotel just a minute walk round the corner. Also can walk to the Angry Birds park for sledging (other guests left sledges downstairs near the sofa area). Heating was a little warm in the rooms for my liking but you can open the windows for cold fresh air. Kids had 2 pullout beds next to each other in the living area which they slept well on. Small kitchen facilities handy for breakfast and simple meals, decent small supermarket just a minute away. Big bathroom, enjoyed the in-room sauna. Would stay again!

We needed 1 night stay over in Romaniemi. The Golden Circle Suites are perfect, central, confortable and well equiped.
it feels a bit unwelcome not having personal contact when checking in. But if you like independance, this is fine.

the noise of the lift and service area outside our door. No one serviced the apartment for the 5 days. so no toilet etc, no soap in any of the dispensers from when we got there. 1 toilet wasn’t going to do a family of 4 for 5 nights!

We would definitely recommend staying here@ Natalie met us easier in the day and was extremely helpful in helping us to store our luggage. The room and beds were very comfortable, the instructions were clear and there was lots of space to accommodate our group of 7.
Some basic kitchen supplies were missing: dishtowel, paring knife, but this was a minor detail that we were able to work around.

Check-in and communication regarding this was good. The Suites are close to the number 8 bus stop to take you to Santa's Village. The kitchen is adequately stocked for self catering. Sauna in the bathroom is a great addition and works well.
The outside of the building is very bland looking. We didn't like the number of posters stating rules and fines for disobeying those rules being displayed.

There was no door on the bedroom. The whole point of booking a suite was for us to have two separate rooms and it was just like one room because there was no way to separate the bedroom from the living area. Wi-fi kept dropping. Staff was available at some remote location ( I think it was remote? it was really unclear to me if they were on the other side of the frosted glass in the lobby or not)only from 9 to 5. We had a question after hours that we needed an answer to, and could not wait until 9 for the answer.

The door lock was broken, so we couldn't lock the door. The room was "deluxe". The level was not the same. I get about ten emails from Golden Circle Suites concerning the booking. I Didn't Like the place!

The flat was amazing :)
The apartment was far too hot - and we couldn't change the temperature. The shower flooded the bathroom. The sauna instructions were wrong as were far too high and hot.
