Everything was perfect, for the rest after long trip this is perfect place.

It was very clean, there is a swimming pool for the guests and also free parking in the yard, but none of it is worth the rude staff.

The staff is incompetent and rude. They messed up our reservation and didn't know about us coming that day. After making us wait for 30 minutes and walk us two times between the room and the reception (which is in a different building about 200 m round the corner) and making us pay in advance, they gave us a worse room than what we paid for. We were very tired after a whole day of travelling and just wanted to have a shower and rest, so instead of waiting for another half and hour to sort it out, we agreed to that room. Up to this point it would be an acceptable mistake that happens from time to time, but what happened next was over the top. I couldn't find the remote to the airconditioning, so I called the reception and they told us it is not there by purpose and wanted us to pay extra 1400 HUF to get the remote, because in their world, if air conditioning is listed among "room facilities", it means it is "optional" and you have to pay extra for it. After arguing with the receptionsits for 5 minutes, getting to the point of screaming and asking whether they also charge extra for heating in the winter or whether they blind the windows and only unblock them after you pay extra for your "garden view", which is also listed as a room facility, she gave me the remote saying I would have to "deal with the owner in the morning". We didn't have the pleasure to confront the owner because neither the receptionist or the owner was at the reception in the morning when we were leaving, so we just handed over the keys to the cleaning lady and left. Except for this ugly experience, the building is in a middle of nowhere and you have to walk about 2 km to get to any shops or restaurants, yet despite of this the room is very noisy, because the fridge is like a hammer drill and there is no carpeting anywhere, so anything that happens on the corridor is heard like happening right at your face.

Good value for money. Secure parking.

It could be cleaner. The sitting place outside, there were people talking loudly till late. It is just next to the windows. Not a good option if you are trying to sleep after hours of driving.

Everything new in the apartment. Good internet connection. Great air conditioning.Very friendly and helpfull personel. Parking near the building (cars parked beyond the electric gate). Not far away from the center of the city, close to swimming pools. Good place for families.

Cozy and clean place for the short stay. Very comfy.
