The pool, the view to the sea from the villa/pool. The quietfullness. Poolarea with kitchen, unfortunately we had several problems during our stay that they reduced the joy of our stay.

We had issues almost every day in the villa including the AC, electricity in general, the whole kitchen is infested with ants, the oven doesn’t work properly and causing the main fuse to go off/short circuit. The owner came, and sometime with his caretakers and electricians to fix things (temporarily) but we always felt it was required our attention so we couldn’t entirely relax and enjoy our very needed vacations. The villa is rustic which has its charm but many of the furniture, electricity and the appliances need a refurbishment, several items are in an almost broken condition, and we felt the owner extenuated the seriousness of the facts/problems the house has, when we brought that up. We experienced the owner quite aggressive on our last day, and accused us of breaking a lamp (we didn’t break it, we had so many problems with the electricity and didn’t almost have any lamps on because of this) and we suspected this was already broken.

Great location on a hillside. Great communication with a host, who has been really kind and helpful throughout the whole vacation; and even before the vacation itself (he arranged a car for rent, airport pickup and drop off for a reasonable price). The villa is in typical Italian style, providing a great temperature indoors (and if you're not satisfied, all bedrooms have ACs). We have really appreciated a coffee machine and a spare outdoor kitchen next to a huge pool. There are olive trees and lemon trees in the garden, providing some shade and it is really great to walk by them. And finally a great view from not only the rooms, but from the garden as well.

The only con we were able to figure out is a fact, that the last single bed is in a hallway without AC, so the seventh person has to sleep in a hallway on a second floor.

Beautiful location and well equipped villa.

Wonderful views of the sea. Lovely, well-tended gardens, terrace and good sized swimming pool with diving board which kept the children entertained. Outdoor kitchen perfect for poolside barbecues. Very helpful and kind host. Private, quiet and secluded. Couldn’t have asked for more.
