Wonderful facilities and lovely staff. Location is perfect for the Santorini Sunset. Didn't feel the need to leave the hotel during the day.

These are very minor gripes. The place is beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay. - The staff were a little too attentive at times. Often felt like we were being rushed at mealtimes. - Whilst the food and wine were very good it was extremely expensive for what it was.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Staff were friendly and anticipated every need. Shuttle to Center of town was easy to use. Breakfast and food was the best I’ve had at hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better 4 days and was so sad to leave.

very stylish design, big rooms, minimalistic perfection, calm area to relax and enjoy your holidays with delicious drinks and snacks or even lunch at the general pool area. perfect view for the famous sunset 🌅 , breakfast was exceptional, delicious and freshly prepared-portions very big!

The hideaway pool suite was just stunning, felt like heaven on earth! The breakfast was amazing, delivered to the room, served so beautifully. Shuttle service excellent - it’s whenever you want. Staff were so friendly, and fulfilled every request. I had asked for helium to fill balloons I had brought and for a birthday cake - they arranged all this and such short notice.

This Hotel is beautiful, it’s a true 5 star experience from start to finish. We were upgraded to a 2 bed Villa for my Birthday which was spectacular. The Decor of the Hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing, especially Lea who after i had a fall was checking on me everyday and sent a rose and message to my room. I couldn’t fault one thing about this place. The Sunset views, the infinity pool, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal we had. Transfers were available at our request to and from the centre and free for guests. We shall be returning , the best hotel i have ever stayed in

If i had to pick one thing it would be to maybe reduce the price of the cocktails as 28€ is very expensive although they were to die for! I noticed that the bar was quite empty and i think this would help, maybe it was just because it’s early season but i heard another couple saying about how the drinks were expensive even for a 5 star.

Unrivalled views of the Santorini sunset! Absolutely perfect to enjoy in your room as the rest of the island rushes to find public spots. In addition we were really impressed by the standard of all facilities. Immaculately kept, clean and stylish. The free water by the pool was a great touch in the soaring heat; the turn down service with nice little touches such as cable tidies delightful. All hotel staff were attentive and happy to help- especially with recommendations. We had lunch at the hotel a couple of times and enjoyed what we had- albeit on the pricey side. The free shuttle service was easy to use and great for getting into town day or night. We viewed it as a positive to be set back from the town. The pool area and rooms were very private with no random holidaymakers walking past. Ideal! There was a breeze due to the location but this was incredibly welcome and made sitting in the sun an enjoyable experience. We would happily stay again and would recommend to anyone going to Santorini.

Throughout our stay we felt that there was a warmth to the experience that was missing. There isn’t one thing we can pin-point but a few small reasons: 1. The music at breakfast and onwards throughout the day is house/ dance music. Not relaxing or enjoyable by all. 2. The service from staff wasn’t particularly personalised. There was one lady who made the effort to remember names and ask about guests stays but she was in the minority. I’m allergic to kiwi and had to remind the breakfast team each morning. 3. Silly breakfast serving rituals like the staff making up guests granola bowls rather than self-serving. Longer wait and pointless. 4. The extremely expensive quote for a transfer to/ from the ferry 5. The extremely expensive yoga class cost. As a yoga teacher myself I found it a greedy amount

The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool and outdoor dining area was very big and mostly private. Fingers-crossed you don't get noisy neighbors with a drone, like we did. The staff was wonderful and eager to please.

The TV did not offer Netflix as an option and we have never experienced this in all the places we've stayed over the last 5 years. We were never informed the restaurant would be closing during our stay and made plans to visit the restaurant on our second night, only to discover it had closed the night prior for the season. We were excited for the food menu but were very disappointed with the limited selection and lack of variety. We were charged a fee each time we ordered room service in addition to the extremely inflated costs for food/beverages. We were on our honeymoon and would have preferred to stay in our room for the extent of our stay but felt compelled to order all of our drinks and food at the same time to avoid multiple room service fees. Unfortunately, due to the location, it is a hassle to leave the hotel so we were forced to order from the limited menu and the food was not very good. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. We stayed at Vora Villas in Imerovigli for the first part of our vacation and they offered more of a 5-star experience, in my opinion.

Everything! Absolutely incredible!! Staff are ridiculously polite and welcoming! Can’t do enough for you and so attentive. We we’ve even given water when waiting for our taxi Hotel organise everything even free shuttles to local town Oia! Even a whatsapp number you can message and a driver comes to collect straight away, within minutes! Room was incredible, so new and fresh and clean, not one bit of dirt anywhere in the whole hotel and regularly cleaned. Massage in room was lovely! Pool views and location amazing! We were even given a bigger room than we booked and food is lovely! So are drinks and welcome sangria was our favourite! Every single part of our stay was fabulous and we are so appreciative of our stay. Looking round Santorini it’s the best hotel on the island and we’re overjoyed with the hotel and time we had!

Airport transferred offered was €90 which we felt was expensive so took the bus, having said this we would have saved a lot of money in taxis to town that the hotel shuttled us for free, so completely satisfied! Nothing else we didn’t like everything was perfect and deserves 10/10 for everything!!

what an amazing stay. the staff were beyond amazing and I had an absolute relaxing stay. every amenity was enjoyable. the location was incredible because it’s placed away from the noise and congestion. the food was incredible. the cleaning staff work their tails off. i will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to stay.
