- Peaceful neighborhood location - Guest house is family friendly, safe for children and females

- Hot water available in freezing winter months from 6 am until 11:30 am. This is a serious problem with this guest house and for people staying here from Karachi. You will have to pay Rs. 1,000 for one of the boys to turn on the geyser for 1 house - Very dirty stained covered bedsheets, pillows - Stinking smell of comforter and blanket - Very stingy with towels, you will only get one for each person - Unclean 80s styled sandak slippers will be given to wear inside the room. If two or more persons are staying in the same room, you will not get any extra pair so be ready to walk barefoot - Corridors and hallways are dimly lit. Lights are continuously switched off by one of the teenage boys. The place looks dark from outside and inside - Very limited breakfast variety - fried eggs, omelette, sliced bread or parathas

Location was perfect right next to motorway exit fateh jang. peaceful place away from city center. Breakfast was standard egg parattha tea but it was good.

WiFi was not working. Bathroom muslim shower was leaking in Room 226. Something was wrong with instant water heater could not get hot water for shower.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! Impeccable cleanliness, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms made my experience truly exceptional. The staff's friendliness added a welcoming touch, and the central location in MARKAZ provided easy access to all amenities. I highly endorse this place for families seeking a wonderful getaway!

Great value. They put a lot of attention to security and comfort. The staff was always available and willing to provide whatever was needed. The rooms were great with fast fiber internet and hot water.

The signage outside was small. If it were a bit bigger, it would be easier to find.

It was very reasonable in terms of rental.

Rooms in basement were having smell due to little ventilation.

The location was good, not far from the market. Room was spacious equipped with a mini fridge and LED tv. Staff was very courteous & the food was delicious. Recommended for a short family stay.

Suggestions: - Should at least provide 2 towels. - Family of 3 should be served 3 breakfast & not just 2. - Put up clean & stain free bed sheets.

I think there should be more options in the breakfast, otherwise the taste was good and quality was also nice

Staff tried to accommodate as much as they could, were helpful n cooperative

No hot water was available. We were travelling with a 5 month old and needed hot water for washing etc. They told us hot water is available from morning till evening but when we woke up next morning no hot water availability even till 9 am. We left without cleaning. They didnt let us park the car in the garage even for unloading the luggage said its not allowed by the owner.
