Studio & Bath by Sea - First Floor - Works for Pets & Handicapped Guests
Estudio en la planta baja con capacidad para 4 personas con cama doble y sofá cama, en la calle o en un estacionamiento privado. A una cuadra de la pintoresca carretera 1 de California, la estación de tren Amtrak, Pismo State Beach, golf y restaurantes galardonados. Camine hasta Butterfly Grove, disfrute de catas de vino, golf, buggy y alquiler de autos en la única playa de California o tome la ruta del vino del condado de San Luis Obispo. Con capacidad para huéspedes de todo el mundo, el estudio de la planta baja de un solo nivel cuenta con una cama doble y un sofá cama que puede alojar a dos como gemelos o una cama doble. Damos la bienvenida a personas con movilidad reducida. No tenemos una cocina completa, pero sí tenemos electrodomésticos, platos, cubiertos y cristalería, y una nevera pequeña, placa de 2 quemadores, hervidor eléctrico y microondas.

We came down to escape the heat and it was adorable and comfortable.
Perfect for what we needed and rested peacefully.
Space was clean and tidy. Loved the bathroom floor after sand at the beach. We walked to the beach and enjoyed dinner and live music at Fins, then finished watching the sunset on the beach.
Definitely recommend.

Only one sheet on bed,. cheep towels and not enough, front door window dressing is shot, when showering the whole bathroom floor floods, not worth 400.00 and change for two nights,

The apt was funky but functional. The furniture looked like it came from a yard sale, but the bed was so uncomfortable that we left a day early. Our backs couldn't take one more day! The chairs and sofa were so low to the ground we had to add pillows to sit on.
Great off street parking and very quiet neighborhood.
The kitchen had all the amenities needed (wish the freezer compartment in the refer was a bit bigger though). Big closet with lots of hangerrs and they had beach chairs, boogie and sand boards to use!
Overall, I would've been okay with the furniture short comings except the bed! I would stay here every year when we visit family at Thanksgiving if they had a decent bed.

Our location is a lot like us... not flashy but very comfortable. Restaurants, bakery, beach, ChargePoint EV charger and E-bike rental within walking distance. Our host was very kind and attentive.

Comfortable studio perfect for our first night on a long road trip from Berkeley, CA to Boca Raton, FL. The Spoon Trade a block away was amazing for dinner.

Pros:neat and clean; nice location next to a coffee shop and close proximity of the dunes.
Cons; people walking loud up and down the stairs until 2am. Sounds crowded upstairs too.

It’s a converted real estate office. There is car wash directly across the street with a very loud vacuum cleaner. It’s always Open. All furniture is ultra uncomfortable. There are two additional units on the upper level. Had a 11;00 PM arrival with a noise level of 10+. The beach is not steps away. It’s 1/4 mile away. The train stop is roughly 30 yards from your front door. The Butterfly Cove is .75 miles away on a very busy Hwy 1. Don’t let the daily room rate fool you. It’s NOT worth it.

First off, this building used to be a store front which took a minute to wrap my head around but it’s been nicely converted to accommodate up to 4 people. The amenities are minimal and so is the cost to stay there. The owner is nice and responsive. It suited our needs perfectly.

It is laid back and the beach is perfect for a quiet morning run. You can’t beat the price for the area. We are grateful to have been able to stay here!

We very much enjoyed our stay, and a little cottage is perfect, it has everything that you would need for a family day. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much, it’s close to everything and we even were close enough to drive up to Santa Cruz. The tenants were amazing and friendly and I definitely would recommend a stay here

We completely enjoyed the location of this studio, especially the proximity to the beach and the adorable coffee shop nearby. Grover Beach is wonderful. It is laid back and the beach is perfect for a quiet morning run. You can’t beat the price for the area. We are grateful to have been able to stay here!

Excellent VRBO in Grocer
My wife and I come to the Pismo Beach area every few months being that we got married there. This was our first time staying in Grover Beach and it will continue to be our location destination! This was the best, cleanest, perfectly located, cozy-feeling VRBO that is dog friendly as well! We will be booking all of our future stays, dependent on availability, as the location. Absolutely fantastic trip due in part to this perfect VRBO!

I recently stayed in the studio in Grover Beach and what I loved most about the rental was the location. It was so close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. I especially loved the proximity to the Red Bee Cafe! I also really loved the spaciousness of the studio. The bathroom was very spacious. The rest of the studio was okay. It was serviceable and suited my needs which were basic. I was on the beach much more often than in the studio. I did hear the people upstairs walking in their shoes which was a little annoying but it did not interrupt my sleep. The mattress was pretty thin but was OK for me. Overall I recommend this rental.

Great place for beach access & pups!
Debi made it easy and seamless to check in and out. Great for us with our dogs, as there’s an area behind the parking to let your dogs out! Also a nice short walk to Grover Beach, and other areas in Pismo!
