Very well placed in old town. Easy access.

The extra cost for bedlinen and towels. The quality of the double-bed (too used, does not keep your body anymore).

There was no breakfast of even coffee. The location is excellent. The place is comfortable. attractive and quiet.

It was difficult to communicate as I do not speak French. My understanding was that parking was included. It was not and there was no help available finding parking. There was no easy way to off load luggage. The bed was not made...

Location is great

The owner didn’t respond to any of my mail & phone calls in order to arrange pickup of the keys. Had to wait half a day to have access to the apartment without any advance notice. If you don’t like having surprises and last minute plans : I don’t recommend booking this flat.

The position, which is in the historical centre! The apartment is quite nice.

First of all, we haven’t been contacted to have instruction on how to do a self check-in! Actually, we didn’t know at all it would be a self check-in! we thought that the owner would be there when we arrived because he asked me the time of our arrival. Secondly, 10€ for each person is too much for giving us bed linen and towels( the price is not even written on Booking.. so not fair!) Furthermore we found them on a table. I would have expected at least that they made the bed since we paid 20 euro. Thirdly, we asked about the parking and they didn’t tell us about the market the day after. Our car could be removed if we hadn’t discover it! Furthermore, we found all the heaters off when we arrived. In January it would be nice to let us find them turned on, given the outside temperatures. In addition, the apartment wasn’t so clean infact we found crumbs and dust on the floor, especially near the bed, and dirty paper in the toilet. Moreover, we received at 10 pm 2 messages asking at what time we would have gone away the morning after and the following morning another message in which was written to leave the apartment in good condition since we had not been charged for the cleaning costs!! it seems to me really too much. Also because the price included 20 € for cleaning and 46 € for one night in the apartment! In total we paid 86€ for one night, like an hotel! We usually travel around the world a lot and a situation like this one with an apartment through Booking never happened to me! So unprofessional! Especially after 11 days travelling around France, which went very well in comparison.

Very good location and very nice flat! Good value for money.
