اول مرة اسكن في مجموعة وندام وكانت تجربة رائعه وراح اكررها.

مافيه شيئ يذكر

الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع الهدوء تعامل موظفين الاستقبال مع النزلاء بإحترافية وابتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم يوجد بالفندق 5 مصاعد مطعم هندي جلسة خارجية مساج الافطار متنوع وممتاز الغرف واسعه نظافة الغرف السرير مريح غلاية كهربائية للماء -شاي -قهوه-نسكافيه سيفتي بوكس شرفة التكييف ممتاز

ضعف قوة الدفع في الاستحمام ولا يوجد ماء ساخن فقط نوعاً ما دافئ بشكل بسيط

مكان الفندق ممتاز الموظفون قمة في الاحترافية بخدمة النزلاء ودائماً مبتسمين الغرف واسعة نظافة الغرف

دورة المياة الاضائة خافته وقوة دفع المياه ضعيفة في الشور بوكس ولا يوجد مياه ساخنه

موقع الفندق نظافة الغرف الغرف واسعة موظفون الاستقبال 10/10 وخصوصا الاخ مصطفى توافر مواقف للسيارات

دورات المياة لابد من تجديدها ازعاج بسبب الاغاني التي تصدر من الطابق 28

-Room is very clean and has comfortable bed ( thanks for housekeeping ) -Location ( close to Oasis Mall ) -staffs at restaurants ready to serve and variety of breakfast vary nice -Reception staffs are very polite and professional to deal with the guests specially Mahmoud, this is not first time I deal with him , he was very kind and he welcome us warmly and ready to help , I would like to thank him and the Managment to have such kind of staffs.

All were good and this is my first choice once it come to book hotel in Bahrain.

Was alles einwandfrei.

الغريب انه اول ماتدخل يكون المكان منظف قبل لا التشيك ان وانا الله يعزكم فتحت المرحاض لقيت فيه شعر من مكينه حلاقه وصوت الاغاني بالجوال يعتبرونه ازعاج

افطارممتاز ومواقف متوفرة والفندق ممتاز بس نتمنى يستمرو في النجاح

اكثر ما اعجبني في مكان الاقامة، هو الخدمة والموظفين، واخض بالذكر الاخ محمود، والاخت زهره، تسجيل الدخول والخروج تك بشكل سريع جدا، بالنسبة للموقع فهو يقع في منطقة وسطى بين الاماكن السياحية القديمة والحديثة في البحرين، وتقريبا ابعد موقع يبعد 25 دقيقة ، حول الفندق يوجد مجموعة من المطاعم وعدد من محلات السوبرماركت وحديقة للاطفال ومركز تجاري.في المطعم عدد من المطاعم ايطالي وهمدي وبرازيلي والكوفي في الطابق 28 المنظر رائع.

الفندق قديم نسبيا،مقارنة بباقي الفنادق الحديثة في البحرين، الا ان السعر للغرف اعتبره جدا ممتاز. هناك رائحة طعام في معظم للاوقات في الممرات وفي الاستقبال.

هذي الزيارة الرابعه للفندق ونشكر جميع الطاقم بالاستقبال على الترحاب و الابتسامه

The lobby

Accommodation was great, room was a good size and had good facilities Staff were lovely and helpful Good breakfast

Bars and restaurants were very smokey

The room, location, it was short trip so i could not use all the facilities

The elevators were so small so i was using the service elevators when possible. They were also very slow since the hotel is 28 floors. Car parking were so tight i was wondering how the big 4x4 cars are parking…

Great location. The front desk staff from the day time Manager to front desk receptionist were exceptional. The Manger( the lady who always smiles) helped me with all of my request which made things easy. I applaud them all. The breakfast crew were very attentive to everyone’s needs. I’m the Players lounge Sports Bar, all were very courteous. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

Seeing that there are a great deal of American Nationals who pass through, I wish the Sports Bar would be able to shoe NFL football on one of the 6 big tvs’ there.

Location and restaurants

The room smelt moldy and the room ceiling had traces of mold infront of the AC ducts

I would you like to thank Ms. Ibtihal for her professional work, will never forget the way how she was smiling with us , her good services and the call after check in to follow if everything is fine with us , i highly recommended to deal with her , t breakfast was nice 👍🏻 the variety of food staff also nice, housekeeping with their deep cleaning as well

Staff very nice all of them very good and they are had a good attitude in all situations, every thing was excellent and perfect . Thankyou for all , sure this not only one time we will stay in your hotel , we are coming again and agin .

Service and reception staff were so kind .

Cleanness and also the smell of the rooms was so bad ++++ the slippers and towels were not available in the rooms i had to ask about them .

the Wyndham garden hotel is for me a home away from home, very comfortable and spacious rooms, the staff is making all efforts to make your stay unforgettable, I have baan staying there several times for longer periods and was never disappointed.

they could update the information/advertisement of the restaurants, Italian restaurant is closed but still is showing in the information.

it’s a nice hotel close to shops etc
