Top-equipped, very modern and clean villas with stunning view (big seaside villa) and beautiful swimming pool. Very helpful and responsive host, who kept us updated and really cared about us in the heavy times of wildfires in Rhodes. Many thanks and the best regards!

Really nice vila, we got Villa #1, it was at the top of the property, the rooms are clean well equipped and the kitchen also very equipped.
there was a swage smell coming from the lower floor, 2 of the ACs stopped working during our stay, the host was good and send technician to replace it the following day, but then other ACs stopped working, so we were not really had AC in all the rooms all the time. The location is remote, if you looking to do things in Rhodes you will need to drive over an hour each way for most activities, if you want quiet and remote location, this location will do.

the Vila was Amazing!! everything we needed was there! the room was very comfortable. the kitchen included everything, and outside the pool and balcony was perfect!!

The place was amazing, especially the pool and the sea view. The villa was very clean and was very close to the beautiful beach. The rooms were big and convenient. Kyriakos was super nice and helpful! We had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed the location, izolated from other properties, but close enough for shops and restaurants (by car).
The view over the sea is excellent, the virgin stony beach is very close and the water is clear and excellent for swimmers (it is deep).
We also enjoyed very much the private pool and all the facilities, excellent for a large family with kids.
There could be some very small improvements like having a larger trash bin outside the property (the curent one was not enough!), and fixing the dish washing machine that had some issues due to water presure.

The property was stunning, had all appropriate facilities, stunning views and beautiful decor. It felt open and spacious but also private. Kyriakos and his family were a pleasure to deal with, so kind and accommodating. we would come back in a heartbeat. incredibly good value for money considering what the house offers.

Absolutely helpfull owners, nice looking villa and surroundings. Perfectly looking beach and sea.
There was problem with cleanless. We found empty beer cans, dirty floor and doors. There is no easy access to the sea.

The villa is very convenient and nicely designed and modern. It had everything you need for a holiday. The pool is amazing and cleaned on a regular basis. Most important is the fact that the host is very very helpful. Kyriakos is always available and very willing(and also his father!). The area of the villa is tranquil and not too crowded. The bonus is Mohito beach which is minutes from the villa. Overall, we had an excellent stay.
The villa is located on the road and during the day, you can hear the cars pass by. Also there is limited view of the sea from the sitting area outside.

The villa was brand new, had views over the Aegean and was in a perfect location with beaches, kitesurfing, shops, restaurants, diving and archeological sites all within a short distance. It wasn't even that far to the remoter eastern part of the island (which is well worth a trip). Kyriakos did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect - we had an amazing holiday and couldn't recommend it enough!

The location was private and rural and perfectly situated for exploring the local beaches. Gennadi is just a few minutes drive and had a bakery, greengrocer and supermarket. The Mohito bar is just a few minutes walk along the road or a bit longer along the beach, excellent food, music and service.
Everything about the Villa is spot on and the pool is just wonderful, really not sure how this could be improved.
We had pizzas delivered from Gennadi and Plantanos will deliver great Greek food from Lachania.
Host was excellent in every respect and was only there when needed for extra local info and a corkscrew which was delivered in minutes!
If you are looking to go clubbing every night this is not the place but for an unspoilt getaway its perfect. Cannot find fault with the villa at all.
